The staff at rapid are so friendly professional I have been with rapid for over 3 yrs from day one they were so helpful sorting the right car for me recently I had a issue and Katy in account department was so helpful sorting my problem out straight away issues were resolved I have rented from orther companies before rapid but I would not leave rapid they specialise in private hire car rental all the staff from the managing director to the staff that maintain the cars are so nice nothing is to much trouble for this company thank you to the rapid team for all your support over last 3 years and to the future DARREN BMW 520

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has the worst ethics I've ever come across. I came in to rent a car, everything was set up, just payment needed to be done. As I turned up they failed to inform me they have no card machine (bizarre) and I couldn't process a online payment as I didn't have My phone to authorise the payment. My spouse offered to pay but then the company decided to refuse to give the car to me because he offered to pay. How ridiculous! I wasted over £100 on travel that day. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH A NASTY COMPANY SUCH AS RAPID. CEO WAS TOO SCARED TO CONTACT ME AS THEY KNEW THEY DID WRONG.

Ade and Allen were both very helpful in helping me get back on the road with no delay. The car was presented beautifully and cleaned to perfection. No detail was missed and no issue not resolved with a polite and friendly manner.

I had a very bad experience with rapid pco I went to rent a car I have received a very dirty car and their response was to go to clean it by my self also when I returned the car I have cleaned it but they said it wasn’t clean so they didn’t wanted to take it back . Also is being 3 weeks from when I give the car back and still waiting for my deposit . Customers service ladies are speaking very rude and they are hanging up the phone on your face . Very bad experience I won’t rent again from them .

They send invoices with PCN without the real date. I received two invoices with the same date and paid twice. They charged me twice before I returned the car, and it has been three weeks waiting for my deposit to be returned, and I still haven't received it. A very bad experience with Rapid

I came up to hire a car. Car was ready before my arrival. cleaned and polished. The representative. Mr Ade gave me excellent and exceptional sevice. I will recomend 100%. Thanks. Arif.

Used to be good now they are the worst, ripped me off £250 deposit and failed to provide documentary evidence as to why they are taking my deposit said I had a lot of tickets which I don't believe I asked them multiple times to provide me en email of the reason they kept my deposit which they did NOT do,having been a loyal customer and looking after the vehicle and now they also don't deliver the vehicle to customer which is a huge impact on the business. Very unprofessional and rude now woman called dawn said "well if your not happy..." Basically saying get lost. I asked for a timescale of when they could deliver the vehicle to me as I was not able to collect they then gave me price of £100 a few days later it was up to £150 to deliver a vehicle less than 30 miles away. After that they said we don't deliver vehicles anymore.
