The bulbs were both broken when they arrived

Site easy to navigate and quickly found the lamp bulbs i needed. Delivery was pretty quick but i never received the confirmation of order E-mail. That aside i will use again.

Ordered two lamps delivery would be Wednesday by FedEx, but that's another story. Took time off work waiting for delivery, never came. Tried e- mail to Lamp Shop, no reply, telephoned customer service and sales but again no one answered the call. FedEx finally e-mailed said it would be here today, still waiting. Will never use again and will check on any other online company's that they don't use FedEx

Such speedy service! Ordered the light bulbs one evening and they were with me within 36 hours. Good price. My only criticism is that I didn't have an email acknowledging receipt of order - so I wasn't sure it had been received. But a small point - otherwise excellent and would recommend.

Unsure of the correct bulb and transformer to order, I sent a photo to Lampshop asking for advice. I received an almost instant response advising me of the current equivalent fittings. I ordered and the package arrived in 2 days. Superb customer service!

Overall good. Surprised that an order for 9 bulbs of a specific type (GX53) was fulfilled with two different type of bulb (difference in specs). Not a major issue but difference in the profile of the lights when installed.
