I wanted to convert my large workshop from costly fluorescent tubes to environmentally friendly LED without breaking the bank. These guys gave great instructions. Provided the best priced branded lights that I could find and made the whole purchase process simple. I am SO happy with the end result. Importantly though they packed the tubes SO well but even then the courier had a mishap and broke one. No problem for these guys- great communication and offered instant refund or replacement. First time shop with LSOL and not the best experience. Ordered some LED tubes and a smart lamp but after a week the order hadn't arrived so had to chase only to find that, due to the smart lamp being out of stock my whole order was held back but no notification had been recieved advising me of this. During my call to them I was advised the item was now in stock and my order would be shipped, but 2hrs later had an email saying the smart lamp wasn't on the warehouse shelf so cancelled that item and finally got my items a few days later.

I ordered a 5ft 22w 1500mm LED tube 6500k frosted light. The price was excellent, and the product itself is outstanding, but despite quite considerable packaging, one end of the tube light is cracked most of the way around and reaching about 1 inch up the length of the tube. The item still works perfectly fine, but it is a bit disappointing that it was damaged.

I bought my fluorescent tube light and starter motor from this company last week and it was a good experience overall. The reason that I didn't give five stars is that the tube I ordered (showing in stock online) was then not available. However, the company got in touch with me after three days to suggest an alternative and that arrived promptly. To get a five star review they would have contacted me the next day and explained the difference between the two products. But they have provided a good product which works well, was well packaged on delivery and they were humans who engaged with me. I would be happy to use them again.

Hi Not worth one star really. Don't touch them with a barge pole. I ordered some fluorescent tube replacements that dont work without changing the wiring. Rather than accept there website is confusing and inaccurate they argue the point and refuse to replace. Shocking.
