Easy to order, good value, goods arrived promptly

I have bought two 6ft twin 60w LED battens this year and both have failed after initially working perfectly; one not lighting at all, the other with one half flashing (though sometimes coming on). Lampshoponline, after one response to an email and video, have gone quiet and not responded to further emails. So I checked out the ends of the fittings, finding loose wires which I re-soldered - the battens worked for an hour's use or so, then started flashing at subsequent switch-ons (I have now accidentally damaged one circuit board, which is my fault, of course). I don't trust these 6ft battens, and I'm unclear whether I should trust the company.

The lamp you sent me had a broken cable, it was completely severed in half. So my experience was rubbish. You need to do some quality control before you ship your goods out to people. It was supposed to be a Xmas present, but I can’t get a replacement until after Xmas. Thanks a bunch.

Unfortunately on 2 recent occasions I have had to buy elsewhere as you were out of stock. I requested online to be advised when back in stock but heard nothing so presume still out of stock. Stock availability is so important when buying online because there will always be a delay due to delivery times.

Needed some very specific low energy bulbs to match existing garden lights & struggled to find them. Eventually we found them at LampsShopOnline and ordered them. Initially were told they would arrive quickly. However we then got an email from LampShopOnline saying their expected order hadn’t arrived yet & checking whether we still wanted the bulbs if they were unable to supply them quickly & giving us the chance to cancel the order & be fully refunded. We chose to keep the order & the bulbs arrived within a very few days. This was e cell et customer service.

Reasonably quick service for the time of year. But... I was looking for a light strip that was a daylight bulb. The info suggested (or gave me the impression) that it was at the blue end of the spectrum. However, when placed with the existing daylight tube still working, this new tube is positively yellow. (And if you want a laugh... I bought an extra one for a spare 😄🙄🙂).
