Good service and price

Ordered some fittings. They arrived on time and were great. Nothing exceptional to report However. A few weeks later one of the luminaries went faulty. A simple emailing asking what to do was met by a friendly and helpful response. They didn't have the ones I ordered in stock but did have an upgraded one which looked the same and would I be happy with that You can always tell something about a company by how they deal with things when they go wrong. And when they're friendly and responsive as well .... it's service you don't get 95% of the time. Excellent. Thank you

Goods received very soon after having placed the order and the packaging was first class. Plus, seeing as where the goods where dispatched from and where delivered in such a short time, it's a shame that other on line mail order companies can't take a leaf out of your book and get things delivered as fast as you can. Needless to say, as and when I need to purchase more of the same, I will continue to get them from you.

DONT USE THEM! I ordered the goods on their web site and after a week they still hadn't shipped them so I phoned them only to be told they dont have some of them in stock.....NOT GOOD ENOUGH I thought but hey I will stick with it, i asked for the goods that they do have in stock to be sent so I could carry on with the job but after another week I had to chase again only to be told that they haven't sent the goods and that my other half of the order still hasn't come in to them yet. Now into the third week after the original order date and still no goods......they dont give a s#!7 about customer service or contacting customers to let them know what's going on. All in all a crap service and I will definitely NOT be using them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them. So they took my money for goods they dont have in stock so basically they lied to me. I did get a refund in the end because they could not fulfill their agreement to supply the goods. Wasted nearly 3 weeks absolute joke

I initionally wasn`t sure at first as I couldn`t follow the order process, so in the end I went for it and I have to say the order came earlier than expected as I was told there was a stock shortage for what I wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting lights which don`t break the bank, by the way their communication is great as well.

Lampshop online was very easy to navigate around, great descriptions of the items and suggestions on the things you’re looking at eg what bulbs go with which fittings etc. Prices are very competitive and cheaper than elsewhere. Easy to order and pay, very quick delivery and all items were really well packaged would highly recommend and will purchase from again in the future.

What a cracking service. I bought an lcd striplight fitting and daylight lamp. Delivered the next day even though I originally gave them the wrong delivery address. They changed the address without any quibble and goods arrived following day in prestine condition and I have to say it's the first lcd striplight I have ever seen or used and I would recommend them over traditional flourescent striplights everyday of the week. Excellent all round service.

Unbeatable prices, fast delivery and high quality products. The 5ft Battens were perfect as they are a retrofit onto a traditional fluorescent style body meaning swapping like for like is a breeze. Unlike some of the alternatives available elsewhere which make installing on chains a nightmare. Will definitely use these again.

Purchase 3 x Dimmable UFO LED High Bay Lights with Interchangeable Lenses from LampShopOnline. Last week I paid for an electrician, hired scaffolding from HSS and had the lights put up. The warehouse team are now moaning they're too bright, I've paid for the electrician to come back but now LampShopOnline are telling me the product listing was incorrect and they are not dimmable nor have interchangeable lenses. I am going to have to have these changed for safety reasons, I will be looking to pass on the cost of this.
