Getting the technology all straight took some time out of my first tutoring session but once that was done it was good. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the Safari browser but Google Chrome worked fine.

The Customer Support at Wyzant was excellent! I had trouble opening the online tool. The person was really patient and helped me trouble shoot using my existing browser. When it was determined that my browser was not working properly, she helped me download & test the online tool, camera, & microphone on a different browser.

Easy to find personal tutor through the website at a reasonable price. Will recommend.

Found excellent tutors both for spelling and Spanish. I would highly recommend trying them especially since the prices are good too.

It's so helpful for my child

I told the tutor I had not tried wyzant before, so they sent me a site to go to and try the web connection,so I told them I would try it out later, and I did and it worked. I logged on to my appointment and my tutor never showed up. So I messaged them and they replied because I never got back to them about the tour that they rescheduled another appointment. As far as I am concerned since I did not inform them of a cancellation, then they should assume that the appointment was still on for the day. Totally not fair that if I do not cancel within a certain time period that I have to pay a fee, but they can assume anything, not show up and do not pay anything. If they have doubts about the appointment then they need to message me. FIrst impressions are the worst.
