The tutor match service was not helpful. It's up to purchaser to find right tutor. I also did not appreciate having people I did not reach out to contacting me without my permission.

My daughter has been struggling with Algebra 2 honors all year. We got Edward to help us, and her grade is definitely better, but more importantly, her confidence is building. She is starting to understand, and thanks me continually for the help.

There are a variety of tutors to choose from for one thing. Also if you prefer having an online tutor then you have even more options. That is a great alternative and makes for a lot of possibilities. I found 2 tutors that were close to me and both did the job I needed from them.

Wyzant is a great services. It was very difficult finding good tutors before getting introduced to Wyzant.

My grandson has dyslexia, school reading teachers have only helped so much. He can not read. He's 8 years old, and so far had a few lessons with Rochelle, his tutor. He improved so much he was student of the month in his class due to his reading!! He loves Rochelle and his lessons very much, he knows he is learning, he feels it. I, his Great grandmother, and his mother couldn't be happier with his progress and willingness to learn the hard stuff. Rochelle is able to keep his attention, and break through in a new way. She is excellent!! We are very happy with the whole Wyzant process.

Easy to use app. Good variety of tutors with different experience and at different rates. Have used for my high school daughter for help with math and several AP courses. All tutors have been good!
