Brilliant service, very efficient

I bought a 12v impact/drill set for €190 no vat with approx €20 shipping and €40 import charges so €250 total. Shipping was actually €40 from toolden. Dpd charges were €70. So a total of €300. I have a very bitter taste in my mouth. I could of bought these in Ireland for €250 delivered, I'm a apprentice and earn very little money and try to save money we're ever I can.

Great service & swift postage although the packaging left a lot to be desired.

Everything is great apart from the delivery you have it through DPD which are great but you must have it delivered and someone to sign for it they (toolden) won't let u change it to pick up from depot etc, it must be delivered to home address and signed for. It's a joke really because your paying for said delivery and toolden won't let u change how u recieve it. Would be OK if you didn't have this thing called a job, I've no idea why they do this to the life of me I can't figure it out.
