Didn’t really help much with my order as it was late. Was meant to get it on the Friday but by the following Friday it had been sent back as DPD couldn’t even be bothered to try and deliver my parcel. And then when they received it back, they didn’t get it out for delivery so I would’ve had to wait another five days for it to arrive. I said I wanted to cancel it and the girl said okay and might of well of just hung up the phone. And still no emails or confirmation saying I’m gonna get my refund , a complete mess on both services trying to get my goods to me. Very disappointed,
