I ordered a bunch of tools from Toolden. Given tracking information and the delivery was super quick. Unfortunately one of the levels was bent and rendered useless. I contacted customer services who dealt with my issue promptly and sent a new level out the very next day. Thanks, Natalie S in Customer Support.

I've not had a very good experience the dewalt table saw I received had bits missing and had been used. I bought the saw to use on a job and now I'm having to wait for the saw to be picked up and then wait for a new one hopefully new this time to be dispatched. Not good service at all!

My item was delivered quickly however the packaging to the item I purchased was completely ripped open to the point I had to count all 3300 nails to make sure every nail was there … they obviously knew the packaging was shocking as they put it all inside a second box.

I ordered from these back in November it still has not arrived I've sent tons of emails now I'm being ignored by customer services .
