I was missing an item which was obviously disappointing, however when I called customer service they were excellent, very friendly and helpful. I was called back after an hour and told the missing item would be sent and delivered the next day, which it was. Very happy now I have the full order so would recommend.

Ordered £1800 worth of tools and just found out the charger which came with tool doesn’t even work . Trying too get hold of complaints and getting no reply
