This should be clearly stated under that main statement. It was a big waste of time progressing to the point of requesting a new order, to only find my phone didn't qualify. Very disappointing

United Kingdom | 23 September 2015had a slight hiccup with receiving payment on time due to their system having problems but received email apologising and explaining why.got my money as soon as problems were sorted and paid more money than most companys.would still definitely recommend.will sell again in the future

They don't make payments after receiving phone. I just received payment today after writing to them that's why I have edited my review.

After emailing and calling them all day today to understand why I still haven't recieved my money,got no answers at all.. person who picked up couldn't explain anything to me, apparently the person who deals with money is in a meeting,and will caĺl me back by the end of today. 7pm - still nothing.. There goes their promise to pay on the same day, stress free deals and everything else.. Having to sell my phone ever again in the future will stay away from them! Waste of time and empty promises!

United Kingdom | 21 September 2015I wasn’t going to use them against my better judgment I decided to use them don’t make the same mistake I did. The reviews you find on the page aren’t reflective of what the actual service is like, if you look at all the negative reviews this is the service you should expect to receive. Complete lack of customer service you are much better off using a more established brand envirorfone, mazuma, o2, etc. It is a complete lie it isn’t 1 day it more 7 days service, the delivery they have is 48hours tracking, I have been waiting 7 days and I have no phone or payment and when I call up I’m being told “The guy who makes the payments has gone to the shops” really? It took them 2 days and I had to chase for updates and they give me some poor excuses such as our emails where down and the guys who does the testing is running behind, as I mentioned before I saw the reviews they look glowing but I would pay more attention to those negative reviews as they are more accurate of the poor experience you will receive. I sent in my phone at the price of £300.10 unlocked, and the cost of the phone locked to o2 at the time was £250.00 I was pretty sure the phone was unlocked but wasn’t 100% sure. I sent in the phone advising it was unlocked I had to call twice to chase up updates to be advised that it was locked to o2 and I would receive £225.50 bearing in mind the price at the time was £250.00 when I sent it in, ripping me off £25.00. I called up and the guy advised I would be paid todays o2 price even though I had sent in the phone on Monday 5 days prior. Here we are now 7 days later I have no phone and I have no money please for your own sake……Avoid like the plague use a credible service like mazuma or O2, any company using a Gmail for the business and treats customers like this don’t give them your money.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2015I had sent my iPhone 5 64GB to this company in a bubble wrapped jiffy bag, it was in good condition with no technical faults and I had been using it on a regular basis. I waited 4 days for payment after a confirmation email said that it would take between 24-48 hours, however no payment was received. I then emailed asking when I was going to get paid, to have a response of that they haven't responded to me as they had 'email problems' and that there are "heavy scratches" on the front of the phone. This was not true as when I sent the phone off it was in good condition and certainly no scratches on the front. As a result they offered me a reduced price for the phone or offered to send the phone back to me (now scratched). Avoid this company - I will not be recommending them to anyone and never using them again, I'll stick with Mazuma like previous times.

United Kingdom | 10 September 2015Was offered best price I could find for (what I thought was) a working iPhone 5S 16gb. They received it and emailed me saying that because it had a small crack on the back next to the camera they could offer me a quarter of what they originally quoted.. I can understand that its value would be less but it was such a small imperfection on an otherwise fully functioning phone that I had to decline as I can sell it elsewhere with ease for more than double what they have now quoted. Other than that I guess it's a good service to recycle with. Could be improved if they quoted something in between 'working' and 'faulty'.

What you CAN expect is an email three days after they have received your phone (the site states they pay you the day they receive your device by the way) with an insulting offer instead. What they expect off you is an absolute pristine mobile phone without a mark on it before they will pay what they say on the site. Absolute ripoff. You have been warned
