So it’s time to write my review. Usually I pass on these things do too many factors but this time I can’t. Robert who ran my web team was way beyond belief. He introduced himself and made the claim that he was always accessible. I don’t think he ever sleeps cause he is actually that, ALWAYS AVAILABLE! Robert was patient, filled with creative input, which was drastically needed and more then Anything patient. The site, TriState Wall Printing. com was from the beginning a joint effort. Got everything I was looking for in my Logo. Was a professional experience and had a great project manager Harry Mcalister. He communicated along the way and made sure the design team got my input.

Zach Mathew was my project manager and to say that he was terrible is an understatement. I had to keep sending emails to receive an update. Kept going back and forth with them to make sure we get the logo where it should be but any emails I sent were basically disregarded. Seriously save your money and find another company to work with. I’m still waiting on my business card design. I received an email on the 13th that it will be ready on the 14th. It’s now the 19t and still nothing. Not even an email updating me of the delay. TERRIBLE service

My non-profit organization availed itself of the services of Logura designs for the creation of website. The Project Manager from Logura was Robert Jones, and he was exemplary in his attention to detail, his leadership of a talented development team, and his level of effort in helping my non-profit's IT department to launch our website. From the very beginning and throughout the development process, Robert sought the precise details of what our organization was looking for in all aspects of our website. We met virtually on several occasions to outline the designs we desired, and Robert provided us with mock-ups before proceeding with the skeletal design we chose. Then, I wrote the content for our website's pages and his development team integrated it into the skeletal design we chose. It was an incredible experience to see the website take shape; from a basic design to a full-fledged, professional website. The development team followed a series of emails I wrote to them regarding alterations and improvements I wanted in the website, and Robert reported back their progress in real time. It was impressive, and each version was a true improvement on the last. Over the course of about a month and a half, the website came together, and then they sent us the file ready for posting. Our IT department was having quite a lot of trouble launching the website, so Robert and his development team took a full two hours to meet with our IT team, resolving some problems so that the website could be launched successfully. They then sent us a manual to be able to edit the website in the future. The website development process was not without challenges, but these challenges were surmounted each time through Robert's diligent efforts. Working with Robert was the best part of Logura's services, and I can't thank him enough for how much effort he and his team put into each component of website development process.
