I found their packages extremely well bundled and the prices seemed fantastic value for money with money back guarantee. I was further amazed when I actually began working with their teams. LOGURA has a very streamlined and professional process to frame the client brief and they provide a dedicated project manager throughout the design process for 1-1 communication, making the online design process extremely easy and friendly. The logo design was my first product with them. Zack was in-charge of my logo and he did a terrific job! I had no clue what direction I wanted to go with for my logo but Zack came up with an idea that I loved. I was quite particular with the little details but Zack was very patient with me and produced a logo that was superb. On top of that, he helped get me my logo in a reasonable timeframe. He even put in hours on a holiday to ensure I got my logo on time. This guy is remarkable. He’s fun to work with! He’s very kind and has a great personality. If i could give 0 stars I would. We are family business owners of a cleaning company. I would not recommend anyone using this company for a website build. It has been more then a month that this Company have been creating my website. Zero understanding from customer service. Robert especially! They will fall in what you are going to tell them. I probably spend more then 2 days just helping them out and correcting their mistakes. On top of that, they use GOOGLE TRANSLATE to help them with wording the website. Some of the stuff is just completely not understanding. They also refused to give me refund back. It was more then $2,300. Please stay away from them.

Logura has been great! I ordered a logo for my music production company and they completed it in a very timely manner, and anytime I had questions they were very polite and helpful. Very professional!

I've received 2 designs and I've had to ask for them, I haven't received the 5 that I'm supposed to get then decide which one I wanted, then make unlimited changes. What I have gotten besides nothing, is being upsold. Trying to get me to spend $1,000 on a web page design, yet they can't seem to get logos in time. It's been two weeks and I've gotten two designs, neither was eye popping. So I'm done I will not ask repeatedly for artwork that I've paid for up front. I've contacted a graphic designer in the area I live in, I'm done with these online companies that claim one thing but deliver nothing but empty promises. One other thing, the CSR representative for Logura wrote this to me in reply to my email asking for a refund, he wrote "And I do expect you to remove the review on our trust pilot page". As you can see, I've removed the offending review because your reading it. Save your money, shop around there are much better graphic arts companies that genuinely care about their business and the quality of their product, Logura isn't one of them.

I found this Company as i already started my freelance business. I've had my own Logo created and business card's and invoice contractor client sheet. Now there recreating my freelance Company website's. My business has increased with unlimited amount of client's and I'm finally organized. There my permernant Source of computer help. I'm a satisfied client. There reliable and always easy to contact and they always respond.

I asked Logura to design my logo. James Harvey was assigned to my project. I sent him a rough sketch of the idea/logo I had in mind and within 2 days he delivered me an initial design that was pretty close to what I was looking for. I sent him another sketch of some changes I would like to see, and the second design I received was the one I accepted which turned out better then I initially envisioned. James was easy to work with, professional, prompt and gave me additional valuable information to help me with what I was trying to do. I would strongly recommend Mr Harvey of Logura to anyone looking to create a unique logo.

I honestly thought this was some fly by night company that was advertising on Facebook I was wrong. First time ever using them and it started out super rocky. Harry Mcalister came through in the clutch and delivered after we finally on the same page, but the man proved himself.
