I read some bad reviews before committing logura with my logo but I also read much more positive reviews and decided to go with them. I got my first sketches the next day, with 2 revisions I decided to keep the final design as it looked perfect to me. I’m not a very picky person and got exactly what I envisioned.

This place is a scam, they promise you a money-back guarantee but you will have to fight to get it. They have a fancy website but they don't have individual emails? The chat people have Gmail accounts. I filed for a refund through my credit card even though you have their guarantee, LOL. It seems like this company is in another country but making it appear to be US based.

I was in a bind, really down to the wire. I needed a design for a family reunion t-shirt. Sergio came to my rescue!!! He was very attentive, did exactly what he said he would, got the job done and did it right!!! I am so satisfied with this service. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the job done right!!! Sergio is the Man :-)

Robert Jones, I must say what a pleasure it has been working with Robert on this website development. Eveeytime I have some issues I can come to him and he will fix them extremely on time and with a purpose. As someone who was in the army I stand by the rank system. I don't know how logura operates but if it was me in charge I'd be extremely happy with my worker and promote this individual. He is doing everything to starting and making a smooth transitation of setting up our business website. I had a terrible experience with this company! The process ended up going on for months and the quality of the work is horrible. These "experienced designers" even copied another businesses logo design I sent them as a reference. A 5-year old could design a better logo than these "experienced designers". I provided them with detailed instructions and literally designed a logo for them and they still missed the mark, how Sway? The logo designs in the portfolio section has to be stock images found on the internet. I truly believe this company is a scam! When I called the number on the website to try and get my refund, the "manager" hung up on me and didn't answer any of my calls. They claim that since I filed a claim with my bank that my bank is responsible for refunding my money, that makes absolutely no sense! Please save yourself time and money by not working with this low quality, unprofessional company. Heck, you'd be better off designing your own logo.
