No, anyone who writes a review that is positive doesn’t have a need for an actual professional looking banner, or they are just paid reviews. Yes they have emailed and keep in touch well. But they do not listen to direction at all even when giving specific directions and basically drawing your own logo for them. They will 100% ghost you when trying to get your money back when you finally realize you made the horrible mistake of choosing them to “design” your logo. Just garbage to be honest, no one that works here has ever done any of the logos on their website I would put money on that. They claim so many designers will work with you to give you what you want and if 5-8 designers sent the crap they sent me they have bigger issues.

Jordan Reimer was extremely helpful with the process of creating the logo design. The team asked for input and sent several initial designs for me to review and decide what I liked and didn’t like. In the matter of a few emails I got the logo I had hoped for in the end. Very creative team and very professional. I would recommend giving them a shot at your logo or design needs.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience using your service. The designers are UNRELIABLE. I filled out the design form TWICE, both deadlines I gave (the second deadline as a chance to redeem themselves) were missed. They don't even bother trying to get back to you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LOGO DESIGN!!!!!!!! I will be taking action with me American Express to get my money back and will report them to BBB. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

This seems to be scam no real phone numbers I called the text now number Brad texted me from when I made my purchase and emailed and they kept trying to change my mind and or explain to do better than what they provided via email then try to charge me to receive a refund causing me to have to file dispute with my bank oh and the number on the website doesn’t work

I paid everything up front and answered all of their questions. I was very specific since they charge a premium to have a designer on the team. All I can say is that my 10 year old can do better. They don’t follow directions and do not get your design to you in a timely manner. They do this so that they can keep you from getting a refund. So even if you don’t get your design, you’re still screwed out of your money. I wouldn’t suggest using them at all.

Unfortunately, nowadays anyone can set up a website to take payments and shell out crappy products and guess what - you can't do anything because you paid for a service - so read on please and TAKE HEED! I had a horrible experience with this company and will have to just use an in-person service to do another logo. I reached out to this company and they created a crappy logo that I didn't want. When it was time for me to ask for a refund and they did their best to either ignore me or skirt around the question. I would not pay them anymore than 50.00 for a logo considering 1) you may not get refund even though they have a refund policy on their website and 2) you could probably pay less for a random stranger on Fiverr to do better. If you dispute a charge with your bank please know you may be out of luck. Go to Fiverr or better yet find a friend who is a graphic designer.

My Logo is absolutely beautiful, the multiple concepts captured were just mind-blowing! Carter and his team gave me exactly what I asked for and more. Gave up hope! These folks are not responsive to my needs. I gave them what i wanted and it took forever to get it half way right. I have a 2 tone mascot because they cant seem to match skin color. Website was a joke they took basically took a plug and play website i could have done myself.. Ended up paying a company to do what i wanted and they got it right first try!.
