I would give a better star . I dont have access to my final banners , and I cant get my logo to fit in Facebook or instagram ( that my just be me ) but ether way ive emailed , went to the website and talked to customer serves , and called about the banners . I was told that the company would be in touch , nothing . When i tried to go in to my files it says the file doesn’t exist. I paid some money for this and cant use .

I have tried to get a logo designed and provided them with details. The product that they showed me was unsatisfactory. After the second attempt I asked for my money back. I was told that the finance office was closed and I should try to call back later. Still did not get my money back. When I opened up the website Chat window popped up. I was talking to CARTER and explained my situation. He immediately turned off the chat.
