They are very great with response time. They keep their word when they say they will always be in contact with you within 24-48 hours. I never had an issue communicating with them. With that being said, I had to basically hold their hand through the entire design process. So many times I would send clear cut revision notes and examples of what I would like changed, and almost every time the revision would come back looking like bare minimum effort was put into the change. My final logo design was 100% all my design that I drew for them, and all they did was just digitize it on the computer. I basically paid for my drawing. I’ve seen great logo examples designed by them on their website but for me, I felt I got barely any effort and I had to do all the work for them.

Wow! The customer service is incredible. From the moment I landed on the website to even after receiving my logo designs, the customer service was truly remarkable. I must have chatted with the website person for literally an hour before I committed to “testing” them out. I had so many questions. Would they really turn around designs within 24-48 business hours? Would I have a usable logo by the end of the process? The answer is yes and yes. Jordan, the project manager, was incredible. He communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process, even connecting by phone to be sure we were on the same page. After I finalized my designs, he also answered many more of my questions around other services that they offer. I recommend them for the incredible customer support—they really model “if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” The first round of designs honestly wasn’t at all what we were looking for. The designs were good, just not our vision, but Jordan and the team continued to work at it, revising and revising, offering different takes on our vision, until we finalized the file. In the end, we had a workable design that we decided to purchase the AI file for, for peace of mind and for any future edits to colors that we might want to make. We now have a logo for such an affordable price thanks to Logura.

With the time concern I received quality work

DO NOT BUY FROM LOGURA. PLEASE. GO TO ANOTHER DESIGN COMPANY. Logura will advertise "packages" that come with different "perks" but only the PREMIUM $200 PACKAGE comes with the file you need to edit or use your logo!! The PSD vector file that would allow you to make ANY changes or ANY adjustments. Is locked away for only the expensive packages. The customer service representative talked to me like I was stupid. In a very condescending way. Saying that it makes sense to only sell the files in premium packages. Why would I pay for a design that you "have the rights to" that didnt come with the file you needed to actually DO anything with it? That's an absurd business model that's only designed to squeeze more money out of people for something that costs them NOTHING to provide. They hold it hostage unless you pay a premium. That isnt a business model I want to support. And neither do you. (This is from my own personal experience after contacting them)
