The wellies look fantastic with a very solid sole and good tread, the main thing that attracted me to them. Ordering was really easy and delivery super prompt. UNFORTUNATELY, when the time came to try them on, unless you have very thin legs and narrow feet, it is impossible to actually get them on! I am a size 8.5 and always by size 9 boots. I tried first with socks and them without but not a chance of getting these on! I would suggest that somewhere along the line, the sizing of the boots has gone awry? Sadly, they have had to go back. The return was easy enough and the parcel was dropped off for DHL to collect. I am now on the search for a pair of sturdy wellies that will fit!

The boots are well made and very comfy materials. Delivery and refund process was prompt and without issues. My one issue is the sizing is not accurate, they come up too small. I am a UK 12 in all other shoes and boots, but 12 of the Walkabouts were way too tight with thin socks (no chance with winter socks on). The returns process was staightforward, but an extra task I didn't expect for the premium price tag (especially finding a DHL center which accepts oversize box). Could have been avoided if sizing was more accurate, especially for the marketing of "all about the fit". Ontop of this, the Black 13 is out of stock so I'm still without what I needed :(

First of all, great customer service - my delivery was on time, but I had to return/exchange for a smaller size and the service was flawless. The smaller size arrived quickly and were a perfect fit and I'm glad to report they are amazingly comfortable. Wore them for hours and walked quite far - no pain and no blisters. Hurrah! Great price point too, and happy to buy a British brand - i've been telling all my friends about them since I bought them.

My product arrived very promptly, beautifully wrapped using recyclable materials with a little note from the company; nice touch. The trainers were too big so had to be returned and another pair purchased. I decided to swap styles and size so couldn’t do a straight exchange which meant paying again for delivery. However, the company were quick to respond to my requests.

I placed an order for my Groundhog Wellies on the Tuesday and they arrived in my house the next day. The quality was all I hoped for and the size was perfect. I had my first walk in them this morning and they did not disappoint. It was a wet morning walk in the woods and the boots offered me great support and warmth. A truly great boot for walking my dog in the wet weather.

Great waterproof shoes, great service. I had to return the first pair because my normal size was too tight. The exchange went very smoothly, and the replacement (a size larger) fits well. Highly recommend them.

Great quality items And they exchanged sizes for me. However the next size up was still way too small, yet my heels slip out. So unfortunately the design doesn’t work for my feet. It’s fair to say that they customer service was excellent. I just wish there was a pair that fit me as the idea of the short style were ideal.

I own 1 pair of wellies and 4 pairs of sneakers (1 of each colour) and love them all. They are so comfortable and look lovely with anything.

I am going to be honest here, before I purchased these wellies I think what was over 2 years ago now I had never heard of the company, but as soon as I gave these boots a pull about and tried them on in the shop I knew I was on to something decent. Since that purchase, I have walked hundreds maybe even possibly into the thousands of miles along the UK coastline at all times of the year while wearing my pair of the ROCKFISH Walkabout boots in green, and I can say hand on heart I will not be wearing anything else in the future. I have tried and destroyed countless pairs of walking boots and wellies, they have rotted, worn through, started leaking. Plus the cheap wellies that are like walking in clogs and hurt your feet after a short while are just impractical for working on the UK coast as a landscape photographer. I have been loving these boots since day 1, in the low temperatures of winter, my feet stay snug and warm for 6 hrs stints while running my workshops, to the point I have let my workshop attendees try on my boots and they have got some too as they knew I love them so much. Even when it gets to those warmer summer days, like by some kind of magic, while wearing thin socks I can still wear these boots and protect my feet from the rocks and god knows what else I am walking on the beach. These are still as good as the day I got them and really are like wearing a hiking boot. They are soooo comfy and in no way hinder my ability to do what I do for work They really are worth every single pound I paid for them and even some more IMHO. Thank you for making such a great thing that I hope you understand how happy they make me at 5 am on a very very cold winters morning while i am stood in the Sea
