I bought some great wellies, unfortunately they didn't suit my feet comfortably. A year down the track I had given them to my neice, another issue came up. Rockfish were great a gave us a new pair. My neice loves them and says they are really comfortable and keep her dry, she just wishes she had chosen purple after all. Thank you Rockfish for assisting so quickly.

Boots fit great on the calf and are warm and comfortable. Sizing was spot on for a UK 10

Great wellies, they are surprisingly light, have grippy soles ideal for muddy walks and already have a really supportive footbed so there’s no need for expensive aftermarket insoles. Arrived next day delivery at no extra cost.

For the price you pay for these wellingtons you would expect a fantastic product and customer service, both of which were sadly awful. The wellies arrived quickly but the right boot was poorly/incorrectly manufactured which I was very surprised with, the ball part of the boot was mis-shapen to the point where the boot would not stand straight. When I informed Rockfish customer service team I was expecting a 1st class service in getting another pair delivered to me as soon as possible....... but no, I was told that I had to print off my own labels and be around for a courier to collect, which took 24 hours and then a further 24-36 hours for the boots to be delivered back to Rockfish for an inspection...... then and only then could another pair of boots be sent out!!! Because I apparently must be telling lies about an incorrectly manufactured boot!!! At which point I had totally lost faith in this company and decided to have a refund instead of new boots. I received an apology but that's all...... when asked if I wanted to change my mind about the refund I asked for some form of compensation and was offered a free pair of socks!!! Such a shame that my poor experience with this company wasn't worth saving with a decent form of goodwill.

Edit: second pair of wellingtons lasted only a couple of months, exact same issue. In the bin, went with a totally different brand instead. Great Wellingtons, very comfortable. Unfortunately I experienced a defect, with one boot, after wearing them for two weeks. However I was sent replacement boots reasonably swiftly, after a little mix up with emails. I would certainly recommend the product, and the company.

Poor I got in contact prior to purchase to make sure they were fit for high instep feet. I was assured they are perfect. They are NOT and after I rose a complaint the only recommendation was to try without insole! As I live on a scottish island neither delivery nor sending them back for refund was free! Absolutely disappointed about this kind of customer care! Never again!

I love the ladies neoprene wellies. However, the first pair I bought split bef3 ore the year was out and Rockfish replaced them. The replacement has been worn for about 9 months and these have now split on the back seam. Useless as just coming into winter. I've just been told these won't be replaced because they were a replacement. Comfy wellies but they don't last long!!

This is my second pair of Women's Chelsea Ankle Boots. the first pair I complained about as they used to have a motto "Built to last" within a year the heel had worn down so much that they agreed that shouldn't happen even if I was heavy footed. I have only used them to walk my dog on grass and a bit of pavement. So I was sent a new pair, no complaints there. Now my second pair have split along both of the back seams which now means they are not fit for purpose they are not waterproof and they dig in when worn. I again contacted head office but I was told that there boots only have a One Year Guarantee so that this was out of date as they were replaced in June 2021. I don't happen to wear my boots during the extremely hot summer that we had so they have only had 7 months use at best but they will not do anything about them. £80 is a lot of money to have to spend on a pair of boots that last no time at all and are totally not fit for purpose. So make sure you don't expect too much from the boots or the company. Update: Rockfish have replied asking me to contact them. They have now kindly resolved my issue. So thank you

Easy to order,accurate description super fast delivery. Bought a pair of Walkabout boots from Rockfish mainly because they were British made and definitely not from China. Really glad I did, the boots are first class quality very comfortable to wear, look great and are manufactured in Britain.
