Ordered a sink and vanity. I had to chase for timelines on delivery as I hadn't heard anything for a 7 days following the order confirmation. I was then told the sink top was not in stock and asked would I accept an alternative. Upon inspection of the vanity unit I wasn't happy with the quality of it. It had several visible marks and dents on the cabinet which I wasn't expecting, especially given the price. I contacted customer service with photo evidence and was told that they couldn't process the claim because it has passed the 2 day inspection date rule. Regardless of the inspection date, I spent a lot of money on a brand new cabinet, and the reality is, they have posted an item that does not meet the standard and is faulty. Use with caution. It's upsetting, as their stuff online is really in trend and looks great. For what they are charging you think you'll get a great product and service but they're not what they seem. Rubeza - if you want to stack up against some of the more up market furniture retailers you need to improve your products or at least keep your customers happy when you are at fault. I note your reply below, please understand that this vanity unit has not been fit because I have only just had to chance to remove it from the box. It was 100% faulty upon delivery. The bottom line is that regardless of when I have made you aware the unit was delivered faulty and i don’t feel that it is faulty - IT IS FAULTY. I haven't fit it because I'm unhappy with the finish of it. This is not a 'concern' - it is a complaint that you are doing nothing about. Take responsibility!

I purchased the Rubeza Sofia Left Hand Facing Big Corner Sofa in Warm Sand a few years ago, expecting premium quality given its price tag (over £3,000 in some cases). Initially, the sofa looked stunning and was comfortable, but over time, the quality has proven to be disappointing. The chaise section, in particular, has lost its firmness and no longer feels “plump,” which is unacceptable for such an expensive piece of furniture. For a product marketed as high-end, this level of wear within just a few years is frustrating. To make matters worse, Rubeza only offers a 1-year frame guarantee, which is far below the industry standard. Most reputable sofa companies in the UK provide at least a 5-year guarantee to cover frame and padding issues. This limited warranty leaves customers with little recourse when quality fails sooner than expected. In my opinion, the Rubeza Sofia sofa does not live up to its premium price or advertised quality, and the short warranty reflects a lack of confidence in their products. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone looking for durability or long-term value.

Purchased Sofia Collection Sofa, Armchair and footstool. Good quality and lovely design. The service has been excellent and they have been very accommodating as we had delays and they held the sofas. I would highly recommend.

I bought a sofa from Rubeza in January 2021, it sagged in the middle within the year, also sharp pieces were hanging out underneath. They took it away and supposedly repaired it, it was never very solid but now is at the end of it's life after the same problem occurring, all the underside is hanging out. It's 3 and a half years old and I need to buy a new one! Incidentally it's not had hard wear, I live alone and am about a UK size 12 so no heavy wear to it. So disappointed with it

Item was faulty, covered under warranty and Rubeza will not refund or replacee the item. Avoid this company and do not purchase as if something is wrong you will be out of pocket. I am at the stage of taking this to the small claims court.

I ordered in the October for my sofa, it was due to be delivered in February and I was told the day before my delivery was arranged that it couldn’t be delivered. Which meant I’d already got rid of my sofa and left me with no sofa from February - June. I had to chase and chase for updates. Lovely sofa but the overall process caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, wouldn’t recommend Rubeza to anyone.

I ordered two sofas last year, They called me last week to arrange delivery tomorrow (Thursday 11th) .. then ii get an email saying they can’t find one sofa. And will refund me. I rang today to confirm the other sofa will still come tomorrow and was told no it’s on a container due in February. I tried to speak to a manager but wasn’t allowed. You can see from their response below : they were the ones that were aggressive on the phone… also after posting this here .. I had a telephone call from them .

Item arrived damaged. But as it was not reported in 48 hours they told me there is nothing they could do (I was on holiday, neighbour met them) when I returned from holiday I opened the box to find the sofa damaged, 4 holes in fabric. I rang and rang but nobody was answering the phone, sent emails then finally I had a reply "you didn't report this quick enough, all damage had to be reported within 48hrs. Also we remember your property very awkward, probably got damaged trying to get it in" UNBELIEVABLE response!!! Now my in to my second week with our sofa and the arm is starting to come away from the frame!!! My advice give this company a miss. Its a shame their customer service and after sales is so poor as the sofa is very comfy. Not a happy customer 😒
