Canada | 16 July 2019I recently purchased an ILX Acura 2014 from 22G car sales, within 3 months I started having issues with the car going into reverse. Thank goodness I purchased an A-Protect warranty because my car needed a new transmission.I ended up talking with Sara in the claims dept. She calmed me down as I was pretty upset. Sara recommend Aimco transmission. My car was fixed within two days and I was back on the road. A-protect covered everything except the $100 deductible. I'm very impressed with this warranty company and would recommend them to everyone.

Canada | 10 July 2019I've had nothing but great experiences with A-Protect Warranty. Their staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my vehicle, I was sent for an inspection. Once the diagnosis was complete and we verified the issue I found out it was covered and they paid directly to the mechanic. The whole experience was smooth and I got my vehicle back right away. I would definitely recommend purchasing an aftermarket warranty on a used vehicle as it gives me peace of mind.

Canada | 01 July 2019I purchased a 2016 Mazda 3 three months ago I've had problem after problems with this car first the starter went and A-protect covered it. Then one month later the air conditioning went. It was the compressor. No questions asked it was covered. Last week my transmission blew. Omg what a Lemmon i bought. However once again A-protect came through. That's when I decided to write this review. I'm so happy with this company I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you A-protect Steve

Canada | 17 December 2018I purchased a warranty in April of 2017 , luxury power train plus. This warranty was very expensive and I purchased for the piece of mind. I have a 2011 four door sedan which has never been serviced to my satisfaction. I have actually been waiting over a month to have my suspension to be fixed; considering if I should just pay out of pocket and consider this warranty a loss. While owning this vehicle I have had to have in serviced at a bmw dealership twice and pay for the service myself because Aprotect would not honor their contract. I do not have time to go to small claims court and I cannot waste time being angry so I have written a review to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction. I am writing this for those who are considering an aftermarket warranty for their vechile. If you want to be upset and disappointed this is definitely the company for you. I would not recommend this warranty company to anyone. I would highly recommend saving your money to put towards repairs. They will try their very best to get out of any work order and they will take a long time to process your claim as per usual. All the best, I really hope this review helps people make an informed decision, so do your research before making a commitment with this company. Sasha H

I called A-Protect and they handled things immediately- I was so relieved!! They gave me a free inspection and it turned out to be a head-gasket I’ve had experience with other warranties but always received the ‘run-around’. I am so pleased I got Aprotect Warranty !!!!

Filed a claim after I bought a used 2010 van and the air conditioning broke down after I purchased the van.I bought a basic coverage package from a protect when i purchased the van.They denied the claim based on the fact it was a preexisting condition yet when I bought the van it worked just fine. As a result they would not cover anything on the claim. save your money and don't waste your time with this company

I went to use the warranty and was told the sensors and the control unit were not covered. Dont waste your money. Save it for the rainy day.
