Canada | 23 February 2016I was having problems with my vehicle so I called A Protect Warranty and they advised me to take my vehicle to one of their authorized shops. It turns out I had an engine issue. I told the mechanic I needed my car back as soon as possible so I could get to work. They had my car repaired and ready for the road in a very reasonable amount of time. All I had to pay was my deductible and the rest of the repair was covered under my warranty. I would highly recommend A Protect Warranty to anyone who would like the piece of mind to know that if they ever have any issues with their vehicle they will be taken care of!

Canada | 09 February 2016My radiator wasn't covered, I understand that. But A-Protect still sent me to one of their mechanic's and got me a steep discount. BMW was charging me crazy money. I'm glad my dealer gave me this warranty.

Canada | 02 February 2016This service isn't worth the paper its ink is printed on. Save your money and run far, far away. I bought A protect's warranty through my dealership that assured me that they are the best in their field. I paid $2000 for the Gold+ warranty that is made to sound like it covers a lot of things, so many things that are checked as included in the package including towing. When we needed towing we were told it's only under certain conditions, they won't even help you find towing or give you a number to call, very convenient when you are stuck in the middle of the hwy! EVERY SINGLE TIME we call to claim something that is clearly CHECKED AS COVERED in our package, which we thought we paid for to save ourselves the headache, it's always covered under CERTAIN CONDITIONS that are explained further in the fine print, or if the moon, stars and sun aligned!! But of course they're NOT explained up front when you are purchasing the warranty. I usually don't write reviews, but when you buy your son a car that's 10 years old and pay $7000 and pay an additional $2000 for warranty to get some peace of mind, and yet every time I call them I deal with a service that doesn't care anymore since they made their money, I felt I had to warn other people. Seriously save your money and put it towards the car instead of this unethical business that promises the moon but delivers dirt!! All the good reviews are probably written by their employees. If they were as good as the reviews say then I wouldn't have had the experience I had and are still having with them.

Canada | 21 August 2015The dealership where I bought my car gave me a free warranty. I didn't think much of it. It was only 6 months anyway. But last week, my transmission started giving me problems. I called the dealership first, since I only bought the car 6 weeks ago. They didn't care and basically hung up on me, since it was past 30 days. Turns out, my whole transmission had to be replaced. A-Protect helped me find a mechanic, they negotiated the price for me, and paid for most of the repair. I'm not happy about the car I got, since it has so many problems, but at least the dealer gave me this warranty. Thank you, A-Protect, for helping me during this nightmare.

Canada | 19 August 2015This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not return calls, or pay for warrenty work. I purchased the most expensive warrenty last year and also paid for no deductible for addition $400 from their advice. Last month I couldn't get my vehicle to start, so I contacted them, Gino sent me to their mechanic, who spent time trying to find out the problem, finally the mechanic told me to take the vehicle to the dealer for repairs. After the vehicle was repaired I sent the invoice to A-Protect, by the way dealers won't deal with this company, so I paid the invoice. Now a month and a half later I am still getting the run around. Kelly never returned my calls and now it is Victor the supervisor who is not returning my calls. The secretary who answers the phone is always making excuses. Follow up: After many many calls they finally covered the costs for the warranty repairs.

Canada | 26 June 2015my car failed to start on Friday June 19th , it was an intermittent problem. I did not know what to expect from A-Protect Warranty Corp.. I phoned A-protect at 4:25 pm and explained my problems and needed my car fixed before Monday, as I use my car for field service work ..Kelly said She would call me back with an A-Protect service center for Saturday repair. Kelly emailed and phoned me before 5:00 pm with all the information I needed !! excellent !! Kelly also phoned the service center with all my information ahead of me arriving ! when I arrived at the A-Protect service center at 11:45 am , the service consultant greeted me before I could get out of my car , He knew my name and the problems I was having ! I was shocked on the excellent service I was receiving, within 5 minutes my car was in the service bay, diagnosed and a Part (new starter) was ordered ! within 5 more minutes a man arrived with the part needed for my car ( new starter) and the mechanic was already working on my car !!! I could not believe it !! My car was completely repaired in 45 minutes and I was handed my keys at 1;00 pm .. wow !! excellent service from when I called A-Protect for help , to the complete repair of my car ! Thanks , the A-Protect warranty I purchased, is money well spent ! Thanks again !! Reid Harrison

She didn't "sell me" a warranty nor did she treat me like another number who needed to part with some funds. Amira treated me like one of her family members with genuine care not only for my funds but for the well being of my family. She is a great asset to your company and she brings great value to your business. I normally don't feel particularly feel great after parting with some of my funds however in this case the feeling of being valued and being cared for as a human being could not be ignored. Hold on Amira...she is a class act and a real gem!

Canada | 28 May 2015I bought my car from Dynasty Auto in Toronto last August. My transmission broke down. I called A-Protect and they told me were to bring my car for a free inspection. They paid $2500.00 for a rebuilt and transmission and gave me money back for my towing expense. The service was fast and friendly and I had my car back in 3 days! Great auto warranty company!

Canada | 07 May 2015I had no idea you could get a warranty on a used car that was 6 or 7 years old! I had a 2008 BMW 3 series and bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty from a-protect for around $3000. I have already saved thousands of dollars and I still have 2 years of coverage remaining. Their bumper to bumper plan is by far the best service I have purchased in my life. I hated buying used cars but now I have peace of mind thanks to a-protect!
