Excellent service from Saurav and Paras delivering my bed and mattress. They were courteous and professional throughout.

The driver call said he was delivering the bed which was due on Friday 10th February. When I tons driver this he said if your refusing delivery it’s £100 cancellation charge, so I said leave it at front door he then said I had to tex him to leave it at the door. When we arrived home it was left inside the porch and inspection we have a small hole in the felt, which I want to know what you propose to do about it? All I paid for delivery to the bed room so a refund here is due? Also the otermin lifting pistons are locked and bed won’t go down is there a lock on them? Please advise? This company were really helpful about arranging delivery. They made an effort to get in touch and it was easy to find contact details when I missed their call. We had a big bully item so arranging a convenient time was essential. Jass and Joban were helpful, polite and on time. They called have an hour in advance to give warning of their delivery time. They had the item out of the van quickly to avoid blocking our road for long. Thanks!
