The mattress was delivered on time as promised and the deliverymen (Saurav and Paras) texted twice to inform me how long they would be. Delivery men were friendly, and polite and took the item to the room requested. Happy with service. No problems.

The crew were very polite and courteous, delivered the bed and mattress to the bedroom.They phoned with an ETA, and arrived in the delivery window, First Class.

Delivery drivers were great and helpful but sofa arrived damaged. Unsure if this was caused by Furniture Direct or the Delivery Company. Cannot fault the drivers but very unhappy as we now have no sofa and cannot do anything as no one to contact on a Saturday!

Would recomment this delivery service all day lonk. The two drivers delivering my sofas were great, professional and kind and understanding. This is the first time I've used V1 and I'm so impressed. They were in regular contact by phone and message and were polite and helpful. They delivered on time within the three hours given. (6am to 9,,am,). I didn't hear them deliver the 50kg package. Great guys.

Fabulous delivery service. Was originally given a three hour delivery time and then on the day received a phone call giving me an estimated half an hour delivery time which was met. The two guys were polite, respectful and took my mattress to the top of the stairs for me, which was very much appreciated as it was heavy. Thank you so much
