I have made an official complaint to V1 distribution and had a return call from the Manager to discuss the 2 delivery drivers that attended my house today. They pulled up so I opened the front door to be ready, I could see something wasn't right as they pulled a mattress out of the back onto the road with all the rain we have had the floor isn't the cleanest of places to put it, I went over to see what was going on and they were looking at the Luton van inside roof, but told me go back to my front door, they were speaking to each other in another language not English ,I said what's wrong? They ignored me but I looked into the van and let's just say the van was a mess another mattress was flat on floor with other items on top, anyway at this point I felt they didn't want me to see the issue I suspected the van had leaked water in, my mattress was filthy and the wrapping was torn in many places, they carried it to my hallway where I said I want to inspect before I accept. They started to get very aggressive with me saying we are just deliver guys so I called the bed company, they were speaking in another language not English so I didn't understand what they were saying but I had the bed company on the phone and thankfully they stayed on line to hear it all and what I could only describe and a shocking experience with their behaviour. I was told on phone to take photos of any damage and if I am not happy to reject the mattress so as I took photos being careful not to get their faces in. There were black marks actually on mattress and as I tried to take this photo the driver pushed my hand out of way and they picked the mattress up and pulled it outside my front yard taking their own photos. And put it back on van, I was still on phone to bed company who clearly heard every word. My wife joined me at our front door and one of them shouted across the road calling me a clever B****** I guess that's because I didn't fall for what they were trying to hide and leave me with. The condition of the package was really bad to say it's just been manufactured specially for me and was told it should look new. On checking tracking it showed they failed to deliver only to see photos they did in my yard and a full photo with my face at my door which I did not given permission on my property to do this of my face. After my complaint the tracking info I can not access anymore however Ive got screen shots of it all and they have clearly broken GDPR. Which I will look into how I report this further. I have to say in my life time experience of over 50 years I've never come across this kind of behaviour by what should be a simple polite service, I get that damaged goods in transit is one thing but their attitude rudeness fowl language towards me is shocking. Very unprofessional. On a good note The Bed company I can't thank them enough and they put a mattress straight into production today and arranged another courier for delivery tomorrow which is absolutely amazing service am so glad they heard all the conversation as it would of been my word against V1 distribution. I am awaiting a reply to my complaint from V1 distribution but it's been a stressful upsetting day caused by them so there is a lot to address if they think this is acceptable behaviour from their drivers and don't learn from genuine feedback then they are in the wrong service. My feed back is all true and exactly what happened.

Hi I would just like to say it was nice to meet Saurav & Paras today when they arrived at our property the access is a bit restricted for them to get to our front door with the van but nothing was a problem & they delivered our mattress perfectly, they are both a credit to your company & I wish them both good luck in the future many thanks again Terry .

Team - Harsh were superb they contacted me 30 minutes prior to arrival which I was able to be there to accept the delivery, on arrival they were very polite and handled the goods with care, overall very pleased with the service.

The seller of my furniture was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, great communication. The delivery guys were also fantastic, they brought it all in and unwrapped it and being careful not to damage it, they attached all the legs on the tables and also lifted the t.v onto the unit, they took all the rubbish away with them, absolutely 100% recommend the seller and the company and the delivery guys Saurav and Paras

Sarb and Lovepreet delivered my bed yesterday, kept me informed of their time of arrival as they were a little earlier than expected and were kind and courteous to my granddaughter who was the only person home at the time. I cannot comment about the bed as I haven’t seen it yet as it has been delivered to my new house. Many thanks
