The two kayaks I purchased from Galaxy Kayaks were delivered today by V1 Distribution. I was kept informed every step of the way and was contacted shortly before they arrived. The two guys who delivered my order were on time, professional and very polite. It was nice to see them both smiling and enjoying their work. A rare occurrence these days.

I am very pleased with the team that delivered my new bed they kept in touch with the arrival time. That was a very small window and not an all day call which was most satisfying. They were both very courteous and unloaded and assembled the bed without any fuss and cleared up and removed all packaging. It was explained to me how the bed worked again with little fuss. Both of the team were excellent and I would not hesitate to let other customers know.

Got my bed delivered today. They where early and I was in work but they gave me loads of notice to pop out and also rang me half an hour beforehand just to remind me what time they would be there. They where very friendly and I would definitely have no issues using them again. I'm actually going to order my 2nd bed with them tomorrow.

I was extremely pleased with the distribution process regarding my sofa. I received a phone call yesterday to say that it would be arriving this morning, and a message, which enabled me to track progress. This morning a message was left telling me the time and there was a phone call. The Jass and Rajvir were friendly and polite and they brought the sofa in the room as I asked. I was informed that my delivery would be between 7am and 9am, they called me to confirm, I asked if they could arrive before 8am and was told they would deliver at 7am, my delivery arrived at 6:20am and the two guys carried it through the house to the back garden for me, excellent service!
