Original purchase was damaged in the post and had a few other issues. The item was replaced immediately - great communication and no hassles.

I ordered an Aeroe rear rack and provided that to my local bike assembly guy (a different national chain store) to fit to the new e-bike I purchased from them. The assembly guy called and said that two of the straps were missing from the parcel of gear I provided to them. I called Dyson Bikes (where I bought the rack from) to order a replacement set and they were excellent in customer care. It turned out that the assembly guy didn't look hard enough, so I have a surplus set of straps now.

Dave’s communications were good and prompt. I am very happy with the tubes and tyres and will soon know how thorn resistant they are this summer.

They were out of stock on the website but it came in from the supplier within 24 hours of my enquiry. I picked up from the showroom and got some great advice about using the bags and rack. Just like an old fashioned bike shop. Best of both worlds. Brilliant
