I have recently bought my second Dyson bike in six years and after considering all retailers and options for electric bikes would rate these higher than any other available. They are a quality machine of the highest order with advantages over other e-bikes on the market. This is the second Dyson bike that I have bought. It is a completely different design from my bike. I bought the new one for my wife. She loves it. I have done close to 4500klms on mine and it has never skipped a beat, getting at least 80+ ks from each battery charge. A reliable piece of machinery that I ride in all weather conditions. Part of the reason that I returned to Dyson is the fact that David is super good at helping out and has customised my bike to my own requests. Dave was very helpful. We had quite a large order and pestered him with questions, which he answered no problem. He made suggestions when we needed components. Parts of our order were not due to come in til later but he made sure we got everything we were after. It all arrived in a timely fashion. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
