Australia | 24 October 2022I purchased an Dyson e-bike adventure 26 inch. I took it for a test ride and loved the ease , comfort and manoeuvrability. The bike was easy to ride even without the pedal assist. After riding for several kilometres, I used the pedal assist on level 2 and 3 and found the riding experience even better. The battery holds charge extremely well and is always ready to go. Most people would prefer a more sedate bicycle to use around town . I am a senior citizen and find this bike can go anywhere, take hard bumps and rugged terrain. I love it and recommend this to anyone that’s enjoys riding rail trails around towns and even cross country trails. Gloria H

Australia | 15 October 2022I recently explored the idea of buying an E Bike and my first stop was Bikemore, in Subiaco, Jacob, had a really good understanding of E-Bikes was really informative and gave me some really good quality advice on what to look for in a E Bike and as a result of the Quality of information supplied, I went hunting for my E Bike with the Price range from $1,500 to $4,000, and I finally ended up back at Bikemore with Jacob selling me a Dyson Hard Tail Evo for $2,633.90 and So far I am really happy with my choice of bike and quality of advice given prior to purchase

Australia | 03 October 2022I really like my Tilba bike. It has greatly extended the distances and speed I can cycle at. It feels comfortable and stable to ride. As I’m in my mid 60s, I would recommend it for older women. One comment for Dyson is that I don’t understand why the H mode is above the level 5 power mode. It is disconcerting going up a steep hill in 5 to accidentally set it on H and have the power cut off. I think this is not good design. Why not put the H mode next to zero on the display panel? Overall though it’s great.

Australia | 27 July 2022I live in rural WA. I recently purchased a Thule bike rack considerably cheaper than anywhere else in Australia. I was made aware of the freight price quotes and it was dispatched by the cheapest company, delivered to my door within a week. I rang to ask a few questions about setting it up and nothing was too much trouble to explain. Overall the customer sevice and after service was 100%. Thank you.

Australia | 03 July 2022I would advise new customers of being very careful with Dyson Bikes. Today with so much online retail we have become accustomed to good customer service and fair return policies. Dyson Bikes has neither. It is difficult to know 100% what you are purchasing online until you receive it and I would suggest selecting a retailer that has a good returns policy. Recently I bought a 'Ortlieb Ultimate Six Pro E'. As with any online purchase I read all the detail and tried to check it would fit before purchasing but you can only be 100% certain when you actually mount the product on the bike. The product cost $224.7 and when it came it was obvious the box had been opened a couple times before and there were no seals etc. I attempted to mount the bracket and quickly realised that it was not going to work with my current setup without significant changes. I therefore requested to return the product but was honest in my admission that there were two little scuff marks on the installation wire. These are unfortunately unavoidable when trying to attach to the bike as the screw goes into the plastic around the wire. Dyson Bikes refused the return because it has been opened and used, and therefore they cannot resell it. I offered to replace the wire attachment, which is the only part that had been used and would cost me $20. They still refused the return. Considering the state of the product when I received it and my willingness to replace the impacted part, I find it tough to accept that I should pay $224.7 for something I am never going to use. I hope other customers do not face a similar experience to me. 7 July 2022 - I am not able to respond to the reply so will respond here. Quote from the ACCC: "What is a major problem? Dyson Bikes provided no dimensions of the mount or specifically the mount width. Given my current handlebar setup with breaks and shifters the mount is simply too wide. This description was not provided. On receiving the product, I have realised therefore that there is a "major problem" that prevents me from using the product. I could not have known about this problem prior because Dyson Bikes provided no such description. Should Dyson Bikes have provided the dimensions of the mount and it had not fitted then it may be classed as a "change of mind". However, because Dysone Bikes has provided no such description this is classified as a "major problem". Quote from the ACCC: "Replacements and refunds You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major. Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds should be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment" Given the above, I have a right as a consumer to a refund due to a 'major problem'. Quote from the ACCC: "No refund' signs and expired warranties Signs stating ‘No refunds’ or ‘No refunds or exchanges on sale items’ are unlawful, as they imply that it’s not possible to get a refund under any circumstances, including for faulty items. In fact your consumer guarantee rights still apply. Retailers don’t have to give you a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. Always check the store’s returns policy." As described above this is not a 'change in mind'. I still have every intention of purchasing a handle bar bag that is compatible with my bike. I have discussed this matter with other retailers that also sell Ortlieb products and the situation is described as "not acceptable" and "trying to find excuses". Simply classifying all return as "change of mind" should not be acceptable.

The delivery time was better than expected and bikes were fully assembled except for the front wheel, which took me about 5 min per bike. Very happy with the quality and our first ride put a big smile on our faces. There were a couple of bolts missing for mudguards that we purchased as an accessory, these were express posted same day as our enquiry. Big thank you to Dave and the team at Dyson Bikes.

Indonesia | 12 May 2022Bought two quality tyres ... they arrived promptly and look just like their photos. Replacing some skinny slicks with some fatter semi-slicks. Going to run them with some Tannus Armour inserts so I can lower the pressure (I have lower back problems). They weren't particularly cheap and I could have gotten a much better price if I'd looked around ... what can I say, they looked like the bee's knees at the time.
