I got my order fast, but I was very disappointed because I pick the wrong 😑 parts and I was not allow to exchange or return the items.

Purchased two Spectra Nipples. Both are defective. One leaks around the rim, the other collapses when used. I have an inquiry in with their customer service, and am happy to revise this review based on the service I receive. (Edit: customer service responded in less than 8 hours and has informed me a replacement will be sent. A+)

Paying a flat shipping fee for an item so light it could ship with a stamp was obnoxious and I still haven’t received it. It’s been over a week. Won’t order from here again.

Fast accurate service.

I had a great experience! They carry the non-traditional flange size I needed that the bigger company I’ve been using doesn’t have. They also allowed me to add to my order so that I didn’t have to pay shipping twice. Delivery was very fast! My package arrived a week before an order with the larger company, even though the other order was placed data earlier. To top it all off, my product was on sale!! I was just overall really impressed and will continue to use them in the future!
