The syringe that I ordered to flush out the tube didn't fit very well. Very difficult to use. I ended up using a syringe that I bought from another company, Lact-Aid. That other company's syringes fits the lactation connection tubes.

I’m giving a 3 due to paying $33 for shipping to get 2 day shipping yet it taking more than a week to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the correct thing we ordered and customer service was very helpful and refunded the difference between priority and regular shipping. It’s just very unfortunate we went without something we needed ASAP.

horrible return policy

The sizing on the website was incorrect for the bras I ordered and due to the no returns policy, I have maternity bra that dont fit because of lactation connections website. It would be helpful to have correct bra measurements for ordering.
