Bought the Pumpin' Pal Super Shields - X-Small flanges/shield It feels more natural and works way better than the plastic ones with silicone inserts Also nice to find some in my size - as 15-17mm sized nipples are considered xsmall and not easy or cheap to find. Highly recommended And it comes as a great price!! The princess flow pills also helped within 3 days of using them. Definitely helps the flow

It is truly astounding how terribly the owner treats their customers. I ordered two bottles for my baby, which totaled over $50, and realized after several weeks that they never arrived. When I contacted the company, the owner, Tanya Roberts, informed me that USPS had delivered the package and repeatedly gave me the same canned response to check with the office/manager at my apartment complex. I told her repeatedly that I live on the first floor of a small apartment building, that I work from home and am always here to receive packages -- and that this one never arrived. We do not have an apartment manager or apartment office, so I don't understand why she keeps suggesting this. The owner opened a case with USPS, who of course is not being helpful, and it's now been multiple weeks and I still don't have a resolution. The only way I'm going to get my money back for the items I didn't receive is to file a dispute through my credit card.
