Was quite surprised at how promptly an issue was sorted today after wrestling with it myself for a couple of days trying to research. I wanted to transfer in my domain from another provider to this company. Made an order and payment on 14th March 2024, that's when stories started. They said they were not able to initiate the transfer because the domain was locked by the previous provider hence I had to request for a refund and cancellation of order. In their system they had record the order as cancelled and refunded. And told them I didn't get my refund and they said it takes up to 5 business days to complete but it's unfortunate that it's now a month since 14 March 2024 and still haven't got my refund and whenever I sent as support ticket or email they no longer respond. This company to me it's just like scam because that's the daylight robbery. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company and I will never buy from them again. they don't even deserve one star rating
