I ordered Goods 2/11/2010 to date 23/12/2010 still no goods. payment has been taken, no replies to emails or phone messages & paypal also having problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with E4Electricals and to warn potential customers. I placed two separate orders with this company, and both were unexpectedly canceled due to a lack of stock. This was incredibly disappointing, as I was counting on receiving these products in a timely manner. The real issue began after the cancellation. Despite repeated attempts to contact E4Electricals, I have yet to receive any response to my emails. It has been weeks now, and I am still waiting for my refund of £200. The lack of communication from the company is concerning and frustrating, leaving me feeling helpless and ignored. E-commerce is competitive, and customer service is crucial to maintaining a positive reputation. Unfortunately, E4Electricals has failed to deliver on both product availability and customer support. I strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase from E4Electricals to think twice. Based on my experience, it seems there are significant issues with stock management and customer service that need addressing. Until these matters are resolved, I recommend shopping elsewhere to avoid the stress and inconvenience I have been through. Hopefully, this review can help others avoid a similar experience. I remain hopeful that E4Electricals will eventually address my concerns and issue the refund I am owed. Once resolved, I will happily update this review.

SCAMM It has been over 2 weeks for my “next day delivery” order, now I’m getting no reply on emails, phone number is out of service. And I checked their company registration, they have filed to “dissolve” the company. STAY AWAY, DEFINITE SCAM

I ordered a product that they told me in emakl that they had stock of. 2 weeks pass, then all of a sudden after no contact they say we don't have one. This company is a scam. Do not use this place.

I bought a heater about a year ago from e4electricals.com because the company had good reviews and the price was the best I could find. I can't fault them for their original service in sending out the heater but their customer service now leaves much to be desired. The heater recently started to emit a burning smell everytime I switched it on. As it was under a two-year warranty I contacted the manufacturer Igenix. They told me to contact the retailer to arrange an exchange through them. E4electrical's website says to contact them via e-mail or phone for a returns number so that's what I did. I e-mailed two different addresses and when I got no reply I phoned them but all I got was an answerphone message that said nobody could take my call and I couldn't leave a message. So I got back in touch with Igenix and asked them if there was anything they could do and they were brilliant. Within a week I had my replacement heater so thank you Igenix! I don't know what's going on with e4electricals. I can see from their facebook page that someone else had a similar experience when trying to contact them so anyone considering buying anything from them, just be careful.

The first time I ordered from E4e I was gobsmacked at the speed of delivery and despite receiving no reply from their phone number I was supplied with a tracking facility almost immediately. Full marks! This time perhaps I made the mistake of ordering on a weekend because so far I have received only a basic acknowledgement of my order. No replies to my emails but got a 'read receipt' and again no replies to telephone. Four days after placing a £200+ order I am still in the dark. Paid with Paypal so no worries there but the difference in experiences is at the least 'puzzling'! They should learn - Good Prices are not much use without Good Information!

Was slightly hesitant to order from a small unknown (to me) company, but read the other reviews and decided to take a chance as they had the item I wanted at a really good price, I didn't need to have worried, my item arrived within 48 hours of placing the order (which was even quicker than they advised me!) I would have no problems in using again or recommending this company from the service I received. Many thanks wish all companies were like this one great prices and great service can't ask for rmore.

Having researched what hoover I would buy to replace my trusty 16 year old Dyson, I settled on a lightweight Vax. It was £199 on Vax's own website, £139 on Amazon and a fantastic £125 + £5 postage on E4electricals. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately on using the hoover for the first time, I discovered it had 2 faults but as it had a 6 year guarantee, I contacted Vax directly rather than E4Electricals so I can't really comment on the standard of their aftercare.

Printer was ordered at 09:30 on Wednesday morning, showed IN STOCK and the money was taken straight away so I hoped to get the stated "usually shipped same day if ordered before 14:00" deal. Very disappointing that the shipment was not made until the following Monday afternoon. Thankfully Parcel force did their bit and got it delivered next day. Not my best experience and will not be top of my list next time.

Delighted with my purchase of a new tv. Best price online and first class customer service, fully updated with progress of order and was delivered the morning after despatch as promised so no waiting and wondering if or when the item would be delivered as I have experienced with other retailers. I was initially wary of spending so much with an unknown company but after reading reviews and emailing the company I was quickly reassured, I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Fantastic product and customer service second to none.

Approximately 9 months ago I purchased a Dualit Coffee Maker from e4electricals.com which recently developed a fault, e4electricals very quickly replaced it, no quibble. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Wanted a new toaster which would look good but most of all would do an excellent job. This one does it all and more!! Great choice of settings and only need to toast the quantities needed so not using unwanted energy. I bought this after reading reviews and having had a mini oven of the same make which is also the best thing since sliced bread!!!

I ordered a Dyson fan, which was priced much, much cheaper than the high street prices, and it arrived in record time. We were making a sudden move to the tropics, hence a speedy delivery was essential. We are now enjoying the fan to cool us down! I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again!
