You have one template to pick from, unless you are willinig to pay an additional $135 for each template. Photos have to be uploaded one at a time, no bulk uploads like on the eBay site. Updating information is a real time consuming chore as the bulk editor returns error after error. I found it easier to list directly on eBay especially since the one and only template looks like it is straight out of the 1990's. Pretty lame site. The tutorials don't match the pages and they have not been updated in 3 years, March 2019. No customer service on weekends or at nights. Much of their support is by way of overly lengthy videos with too much hype and not enough information. The learning curve isn't that high, it's just that there is little information available to match the actual site. Combined with a lack of features and you have a worthless product. If the big guys are supposedly using this, I don't understand why. Since posting this review they have contacted me several times asking that I be more specific. Funny in that they never responded to my request for an eBay Store review as offered. Even after sending Andrew Evans at Frooition all the requested information, no response. Obvious where their priorities are.....

I hired Frooition to professionalize our eBay store. They came up with excellent branding, both incorporating some ideas that I had and expanding them to really make our motorcycle and ATV parts business shine. We noticed an increase in cart size and repeat customers after our templates were installed, and this is what we were shooting for. I was so happy with both the process and the execution that I hired them to do our Shopify site. They kept the same branding and really delivered on the main page, category pages, product pages, cart, and the mobile site. Every single day there was something new for me to review and approve, and my change requests were accomplished very quickly. I commissioned Frooition to design the store front and branding of the business. The design team were excellent and listened to my requirements, coming up with a design the really reflected what the business was about. They were very patient with the detail I required and suggested some really good ideas that were incorporated. The templates applied to the listings on eBay really makes the business stand out from the competition and presents a very strong brand. Any issues I’ve had (usually of our own making) were dealt with quickly and easily via their ticketing system. Using the various systems that are provided is easy with some great tutorials available. Cost effective and quick design process for Big Commerce Store. We have quite a large product catalogue with some unique product page/option requirements for selling unique products. Frooition were able to successfully modify the Big Commerce template to handle this requirement. Quick response to tickets, and updates on design previews. I'd have no problem recommending to others.

A horrible predatory company. Only interested in money.In twenty years of business one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I am on the E bay U.K. sellers council and am taking the activity of this company up with them-I think it is terrible that E bay endorse such an awful company with such a disregard for their customers. I couldn’t get nowhere with a complaint. The sole director won’t communicate with you despite me asking. I can only assume that the good reviews on here are from people who have not used them over a period of time.Read the bad reviews because I think they represent the experience you will receive over a period of time much more accurately. The e bay listing tool is shockingly bad. I had then deactivate it a soon as it was activated and went back to using the e bay tool. My honest advice would be to steer clear. You can get better work done much, much cheaper elsewhere. Just because they are more expensive doesn’t mean you are going to get a better product or service.

We've recently used Frooition for our Magento 1 to BigCommerce migration, and they have been fantastic. The pandemic has repeatedly pushed back our go live date, and Frooition have always been completely flexible and understanding. We have previously had issues with communication when working with developers, but Frooition have been very easy to deal with throughout. They are always quick to respond to any questions, and put things across simply in a way that's easy to understand. They were incredibly supportive throughout the go live process, and have been just as supportive since in helping us resolve any issues. We're very happy with how our new website has turned out, and feel that we have got great value for money. We definitely made the right decision in choosing Frooition and plan to work with them again as we move forward with new ideas.

AWFULL COMPANY. Paid £1000 for a single product eBay store? Told them that I will NOT NEED there subscription service and If I decided not to go ahead after there FREE service I would not lose the design for the page I PAID FOR. LIES, ALL LIES. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, Go to fivver as they are much cheaper and dont try and extort more money from you. Well, stuff them, I am about to add 5 new products and WAS going to use them BUT NOT NOW. If you use there eBay service be prepared to pay for NOTHING and OWN NOTHING not even the DESIGN YOU PAY FOR. Thank god I own the Gifs etc I sent them otherwise they may have tried to stop my £25 update (Fivver) which is as good if not better. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Frooition recently helped us move our site from Magento 1 into BigCommerce and the experience was simply brilliant. Good old fashioned proper service. Nothing too much trouble, always going the extra mile and attention to detail was perfect. They were the glue which brought all our parts together and without them I have no idea what we would have done. I wish there was a way to give 6 stars in very exceptional circumstances as they most certainly deserved it. The best experience with a design agency ever for me, by some distance.
