This was the second company I have worked with for our eBay store design and Frooition was absolutely top notch! From the very beginning, communication was immediate and consistent. Complete and thorough instructions were given and I always knew what design step my store was at. In addition, my designer Kim really listened to what I was looking for in a design and completed it perfectly by the second round of edits. All questions, edits and tweaks were amended within 24hrs, even on the weekend! My sales rep Andy was also exemplary, keeping in touch throughout the process and addressing my questions immediately. He helped me troubleshoot an issue of application within Channel Advisor and the problem was resolved right away. In a nutshell, I would say that Frooition is a fantastic company. Frooition redesigned our eBay store as well as our listings templates. The redesign was efficient and very professional. High quality work. The Frooition software is very robust and always great control over the item templates, store, and listings. After the redesign was complete Frooition helped us migrate our old listings to the new template.

My designer did a great job of understanding what I wanted and translating it into an effective design. While I find the software a little bit cumbersome, there is no question that my sales have increased significantly since the design was implemented.

Hello After long time that i was searching for a company that will build my Ebay store i found Frooition with a lot of good positive review and after paying them almost $3000 the nightmare started. The main design was good BUT when i try to told them that they need to design also the listing template according to the main page template they told me that they will do it later and first i need to sign to approve there design. Needless to say, after I signed, they renounced their commitment and said that i need pay for them an extra fee for that request. After I began working with frooition platform over the past six months, They want me to pay more money on a monthly bases for using their platform(ITS WRITTEN ON A VERY SMALL SENTENCE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED)so i told them that i don't want to use their platform and i will use ebay platform to manage my store SO THEY DECIDED TO DELETE MY STORE TEMPLATE AND LEFT MY STORE WITH A LOT OF BUG WITHOUT HESITATING. BUYER AND STORE OWNER BE AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I Have a good experience with frooition. their staff was very friendly and fast. i contact sales and i received all the information needed different packages and prices. after that we start the work. i was looking very close to all details of the design so i give to my designer some guidance and freedom so he can design what he thinks it was the best. The Results results an excellent and professional ebay design. my design includes the mobile version too. i like it. i host my images with frooition too. if you are serious and want to take your business to another level then Frooition is for you.

Frooition has designed both our eBay Store and our eCommerce web site with fantastic results! From the inital concept conference and throughout the design and implementation, the folks at Frooition were professional, creative and far exceeded our expectations on our desired look and function. I am a new coin dealer and I use eBay to sell through. I was not really impressed with their store layouts, and features so an actual eBay representative told me about Frooition. I contacted Frooition to design a custom store front for me that would make my business/me look professional, like I was a large company that had been in business for a while. The upfront costs may seem to be substantial to some, but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. I was put in contact with a sales rep, who then guided me to the area in which I gave ideas regarding what I wanted the store front to look like. I gave them a crazy combination of colors and themes, I really didn't provide very much guidance. What I got was/is a first class store front. Everyone who visits thinks I am a larger company than I am, basically it gave me instant credibility. My sales increased almost overnight. They have great customer service, I have their "Bronze" support package which is enough for me given my level of sales. With that package, I get to use their library of free tutorial videos and access to support staff. With my package, they give themselves up to 3 days to answer questions, but I have always received a response or answer to my question in 24 hours or less. Recently, I have received an answer the same day. You can do a lot with this site, I am still learning. I think I am in my 15-18th month of using it, and as I said, I am still learning about all of the neat tricks and features Frooition offers. I said it before, but I will say it again: The upfront costs may seem a little expensive, but like with everything else in this world, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Frooition.

I will admit that I was nervous about hiring a company to design my ebay Store and Listing Template, but I could not be happier. When we embarked on this project it was intimidating to say the least, as we had little or no experience in creating a web presence, but the Frooition designer worked with us at every stage of the design and never tired of answering even our most silly questions.
