Excellent service from ordering to receiving my order the next day

The delivery was late so the medication was room temperature. They insist that it was within the window allowed before disintegration but how could they possibly know. All I know is that the previous order arrived on ice and worked well but this one did not work AT ALL. They refused to replace the prescription or offer any redress. I do not accept that the advice is to keep it refrigerated but that it will still be fine if it is not. Why the refrigeration advice is this is not really needed. At least one of the pens was over a month before I used it having been out of refrigeration but they won’t even replace that one. A waste of several hundred pounds. I am not happy and am seeking legal advice.
