I’ve ordered prescription from them. They offered me a substitute which I was fine with. It did take 2 days of messages back and fourth doing it assessments just to tell me that I’m not suitable for the treatment that previously was prescribed by their doctor. Completely unprofessional as I was looking for additional treatment because of medication shortage and I’ve been adviced by the GP that they had substitute , just to be told that they actually don’t have that medication. I wouldn’t be bothered no applogies or explanation. GP couldn’t advice any other medication ? Sorry not good enough for me , I will look elsewhere. Don’t bother just a waste of time

**Edit** I am leaving the original review below for people to see what happened and then adding the reason I have changed it to 5*. One of the founders reached out to me to discuss the matter. He made me feel heard, we came to a mutually agreeable solution. I offered to delete the review as a result but he didn't need me to do that in order to come to the resolution. Every interaction with them for the previous 5 months was good before the problem. They resolved the problem and I went from being a very unhappy ex customer to a happy customer. Well done... Giving 1 star because there isn't an option to give 0. Bought 4 week dosage of a weight loss drug. Used it on week 1 no problem, week two the delivery mechanism isn't working, I contact them, I show them a video they tell me the delivery mechanism is out of drug, supposed to deliver 4 equal doses. I ask how that can be and look for a replacement not a refund. They tell me there can't be anything wrong with the product I must be using an old delivery mechanism, not the case, and that if I don't like it I can make a formal complaint but they're not refunding me. I'm not looking for a refund so I am not sure where that even came from. Avoid avoid avoid, there are other companies you can use
