As a business we only prescribe medicines that are licensed by the MHRA, which means they have been assessed thoroughly for their suitability and safety in a given treatment range. Our website only shows treatments for conditions that are licensed with the MHRA for their specific use . I have reviewed your case and i can see you were prescribed Mysimba in November of last year. Again, Mysimba is a licensed weight loss medication which is used across the world and many patients find it most effective. At no point in the process can we guarantee results in terms of weight loss and nor do we communicate this at any stage. Weight loss medications need to be used in conjunction with calorie controlled diet and exercise to maximise the benefits of the medication. As every patient is different it means that some patients see better results than others and also there are patients whom cannot tolerate the medication. We always try to provide a safe and professional service and work with patients whenever they have any issues.
