Communication and level of advice on very high level

My request was denied due to dosing, they gave me the option to go on a waiting list for a lower dose when I was already on the higher dose of a similar medication. The lower doses are more expensive and it ends up being more profitable… You’re a private doctor, why don’t you act like it and dispense the medications people are willing to pay for. Also, they make you do a payment after a questionnaire, make it seem like you’ve been approved, hold your money for a few days and afterwards when they decide you haven’t been approved take a few more days to give your money back. Why do you take payment before approving patients? And why do you force people to take the more expensive route when they are already willing to pay hundreds of pounds for medication? You’re already in the private healthcare business… don’t be even more greedy because you will lose more clients like you just did with me.
