In my opinion, this is the best platform for investing. Love the ROI, it's LEGIT, safe, easy to use (for first time user may need to take a little time to navigate through - but it's worth it to learn). Support is also good and they are fast to reply and rectify. Two thumbs up.

The web pages instructions are confusing especially the use of terms used like ''pull and 'push' and'' traders account ' for the Novice. I think you need, other then definitions, using terms that people are familiar with like i.e. my account, deposit/xfer in to trading account or out of trading account etc. it should be intuitive like one is using a bank account transaction. my input.

Recently i was underpaid on my profit. Send a complain on the support for three’s time but no reply. It’s been a week since my first complain still no explanation. Are they really functioning on the support???

There are good fund managers on the TFX platform. Profit distribution are efficient. The features for extracting periodic statements of the transaction history need improvement. Support tickets service is very poor. The support team closed my ticket although the issue was not addressed. Subsequent ticket raised was not responded to for more than two months now.

Have been using this platform for almost a year and find it mostly good. The processing is fast once one gets to know how the system works. Support may be a little lacking but the system has good enough help to get by.

Just started investing in Aug 2021, happy thus far with copied trades ROI. The main gripe is the super long TT time it takes from the moment a withdrawal is approved to the time it reaches my USD bank account - 3 weeks thereabouts! Way too slow!

Support tickets are slow to get a response. This is our only channel to seek assistance but the response time needs to be immediate, not in some instances where it can take upto 48 or 72 hours.
