the worst support I ever experienced from all my FX brokers... I opened a new support ticket on Nov 12th, no reply... then I added one more reminder ticket on Nov 17th... today it's Nov 19th, and absolutely NO reply!!! bad joke edit: Support Ticket #193092

iPhone can’t down load apps

I am very satisfied with TriumphFX. I have been using them for 15 months, I like the platform and I can follow the trades that my fund managers doing. I withdrew money many times and it worked well.

Quick response on transaction approval. perhaps should consider reduce fund wire fees.

Support team slow to respond to issues, turn around time needs to be significantly shortened . Servers are not sufficiently load balanced to handle fund distribution dsys cause slow transctions (ie Push , Pull , Transfer , etc. ) IOS support yet to be implement its been ages, where is the app ???!!!

So far so good.nothing to complain but can give few suggestions where they need to look into. 1. New account registration approval- if possible to reduce the approval time from 7/8 days 2. USDT withdrawal - Even though withdrawal request approved on 1st day morning we need to wait for 2nd day to get money in the wallet. If possible please improve to credit in 1 st day itself. 3. USDT network fee is 1.8% of our withdrawal amount even though we use TRC-20 where other side they charge only $1

Comparatively since the inception until today, TriumphFX has not only improve overtimes in terms of its internal administration, website security and accessiblity, greatest product ever is the introduction of PAMM investment scheme, beside continuously to deliver and investors enjoying GOOD returns. It is not only allow the late comers/investors to invest/share with the Pool Fund investors, PAMM timely reporting on closed transaction via "My Copied Trades" has boost the confidence of new investors for its responsiveness, transparent and detail reporting. But there is much room for improvement on Funding In/Out particularly via cryptocurrency, although transfer of fund via traditional banking is not within the control of TriumphFX. Besides levying a fees/commisions of 1.8% over USD/USDT funding out, TriumphFX took exceptionally long days (usually 3 working days for funding out and 2 working days) to credit into individual's account. I truly understanding TriumphFX is not a platform designed and intended for other financial platforms effect the transactons in split seconds, of which I personally tried and experience it. But, TriumphFX should take note that since a fee/commission of 1.8% been levied in, it should therefore take the necessary steps and initiative to tackle this issue in a serious manner, as this has become a deem necessary process and trend for new era of FIAT vs cyptocurrency via block-chain being not only cost efficiency, speed and security of the money handling. Do hope TriumphFX seriously consider the ongoing one-way trend of cryptocurrency and improve the unneccesary inconvenience cause to the investor by improving on their hardware/software infrastructure, more importantly get association with the reknown cyrpto provider to facilitate this high rising demand for this kind of basic services! I made over 6-figure USD in profits over the years as an investor investing in TriumphFX funds. But I think the support ticket staff need to be more responsive and reply queries within 2-3 working days. Or TriumphFX can hire more employees. Since TriumphFX has become so successful over the years, there are many phishing websites. A caution of warning to other investors is to ensure that you login to the right website.

i am on this platform last 2 years and it has never failed and over time my assurance grew and i increased my investment. However in countries where international funds transfer are scrutinised by the Federal Bank as AML procedures i have to limit daily transactions on deposits and direct transfer from Triumph to a minimal level of below usd 2.5k. I have to be diligent to break up to smaller transactions without raising red flags. I wish i get more help how to do wire deposits.

From time to time, there are fake websites or scammers try to scam investors by creating near similar websites name, if TFXI could clarify such matter in their website will be helpful to investors. I am so far very satisfied with this investment opportunity with TFXI, looking forward to achieving higher success in live with TFXI.
