I have been using this platform for more than two years, recommended by a friend who had been using for six. The system is really comprehensive and detailed, but will have to know where to look. Immediate response from ticket submission is not possible but they do reply within a reasonable time frame. Probably nowhere else to find such an option to invest without much supervision. Thank you for bringing me out of debt and into comfortable lifestyle, able to do what was deemed luxurious. Maybe there's a lot who did not invest and complained about something they could not comprehend (happens everywhere as there are a lot of ignorant ppl with limited knowledge and yet refused to accept new things), but what matters is your ROI and retain your freedom of doing anything you want. Your life your choice, and your family's too.

Seriously, opening account is worse than asking something from the council or government. For 3 accounts, each in my name, they wanted three times different documents, different names, sometimes insisting on academic title. Communication really bad. Access didn’t work. Received on the same day 2 emails, the first one saying I can now use my account, some hours later again asking for another signed paper. If it wasn’t for on last years investment, I would NOT work with ThriumphFX again. Pure chicanery.

All good but can be better if the history of transactions includes the ENTIRE transaction history ie: fund attachments, profit sharing payouts....

TriumphFX platform is easy enough to navigate. Support tickets could be responded to in a more efficient manner though. Happy with the consistency of fund managers and timely distribution of profits.

I like the consistency and invest in PAMM copied trading. System of attachement n deposit is seamless. Easy to access the account.

To be honest, the system is pretty good except I am worry about constant reminder about safety. Whenever I login, I just have a doubt whether it is safe or not. As for flow of process, it is pretty normal.

So I use the TFXI managed funds side of the business than self managing it. That’s mostly PAMM forex, metals and other CFD trading. The profit making opportunities are fantastic. Whilst no one will win every trade I make more per month than the bank has ever offered as an ISA per year historically. I can’t give them 5 stars however. Getting money into them is a slightly painful process. There should be an auto roll over option to compound your interest rather than manually doing it such as set to auto re-attach funds for 12 months. Also I’ve raised a ticket twice now with no response back which is frustrating. So in short it’s a little bit ‘clanky’ but they’re consistent with my investment and that’s the most important part. This is a great platform to help you to increase your passive income via fund manager. Although the website/system (I mean UI part) looks not very fancy, I felt it's easier for all generations to use.
