Sales team were very helpful and guided me through every way of the process. Kept me up to date with when my car would be delivered. They were very thorough with the hand over of car, making sure I was happy with how things work or options could be changed. They helped to sort out minor documentation issues straight away. Also the Nathaniel Car's award scheme seems to be a good idea.

Very helpful info from Tom & Niall who went thru the operations on dashboard, would not hesitate in dealing with them again.

Very disappointed with poor customer service @ Cardiff branch. I attempted to book a service and MOT and the agent offered to call me back later in the day as ‘systems were down’. As no call was forthcoming I rang again the following day and made the booking, only to be called back 10 minutes later to be told actually they couldn’t do the date offered after all - but could fit me in the following week ( after the MOT due date) - no trace of concern for any inconvenience to me - seems the agent was happy to fob me off with excuses and equally happy to lose my custom. Shame - i’d been impressed by previous dealings, but customer care / attitude has seemingly gone seriously downhill.

Excellent customer service, Nathaniels reminded me of my MOT and service yesterday. Arrived today and the driver was already available to drive me home. Had a telephone call to tell me my car was ready around 3pm and had passed the MOT and not required any work at all, other than routine service items. The car was delivered back to my home 20 minutes after the phone call. I am a very satisfied customer.

Customer service was excellent. We hadn’t purchased a car for a number of years. Our options were carefully and clearly explained by Tom. We did not feel pressurised and we were supported throughout the whole process. Overall a very good experience.

They had a week to sort any problems out before i picked the van up. It had a full service. Next day it was hot so my wife went open the window no switch only a hole where one should be no problem Air con oops not working only one key which is not the main key . Front 12 volt charger not working in front . Stop start has failed to stop or start . Van is in tomorrow 8 days after buying it. Which in all fairness is pretty quick . I have not complained but a week to sort these problems out should have been enough .
