From start to finish the whole process of buying a used car from them was fantastic. Test driving was great - free to drive the car on my own, wherever I wanted to go. Then sat down with the sales person, gave a decent price on px for my car and within an hour of the initial meeting, had confirmation of the finance. Booked in 4 days later to sign contract and drove away in less than an hour of the 2nd appointment starting. Included is free MOTs for the duration of ownership and a courtesy car.

We had 1 salesman throughout the process of choosing our car to going home in it, Elliott Cozens. Elliott was amazing, from the information and knowledge to being friendly, honest and open. He was understanding with what we wanted and helped us navigate all the different varieties available and wasn't the usual pushy salesman we encountered elsewhere. He went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special. I think he should be recognised as an excellent salesman. If I could give more stars I would have.
