Shane could not have been more helpful and not once did I feel rushed or pressured, he just left alone until we were ready to ask questions all of which he was able to answer clearly and confidently. United Kingdom | 13 August 2024I have been very disappointed in the customer service I have received from Nathaniel's. I had my car serviced in June and during this service they completed an oil change. Then last week my car oil warning light had come on. I phoned Nathaniel's to say that this was unusual as I had never had any issues with my car losing oil previously and ask if they would look at it. I was told that they would look at it but I would need to pay for this. I was not happy with this and decided that I would rather take it to a local garage which I trusted to have a look. They discovered that the sump plug had not been tightened sufficiently during the service from Nathaniel's and the oil was draining from the tank. They'd said that at that point it was so loose that there was hardly any oil left and it could easily have fallen out whilst driving. If this had happened this would have cost me thousands of pounds as my engine would have been absolutely ruined. Although frustrating the original mistake I can understand as this is easily done however I am very unhappy with the response I had from them when I phoned asking for them to take a look. Repairing an issue they have caused has now cost me when what they should have offered is for me to take the car in for them to check that everything was done correctly during the service. I would absolutely not recommend Nathaniel's based on my experience.
