After waiting for a month for the RTA cabinets to arrive the shipping company that delivered them had a driver so old he should have not been driving at all let alone making deliveries of this size. He was lost for hours and had no clue how to use GPS. Then we assembled the boxes and when we started to attach the doors realized that the hinges were damaged and the screws they sent to attach the doors were the wrong size. I immediately contacted Wholesale Cabinets to file a claim. I sent them pictures and they agreed to send new hinges and screws. Got the delivery and only the replacement hinges were there. NO SCREWS even though they were aware that the screws were missing. Now I've had to contact them again to get the screws. I guess Wholesale Cabinets thinks the contractor who's installing the cabinets will just sit around and wait for them to get their act together. Jacqueline White

Never! This company is a scam! I ordered cabinets that were to ship in 3-5 days. Did not happen. When I tried to return them, I (the consumer) had to pay a LARGE restocking fee (that was no where to be found in contracts or advertised) and STILL did not get my cabinets! This place makes me livid. Furthermore, the approved design from them proved to be a fire hazard. I had to pay for an order I didn’t get and had zero explanation from them. In fear of loosing MORE of my money I begrudgingly kept my countertop order with them, which was also GROSSLY delayed. This company is terrible. Take your business elsewhere.

I started my order over a month ago and depsite my insistance on putting together a design so I could order in time for the sale we missed the window of time and of course they wouldn't honor it. Whatever no big deal sucks but that's life. They constantly say how it'll ship out in 3-5 days yet here I am an entire month later and still my final cabinet hasn't shipped. It's constant issues with their ability to communicate with their warehouse with their delivery trucks with anybody. They lost half my order at one point for an extra week than when it finally arrived it was jsut missing the most important cabinet so my entire hosue is filled with built cabinets that can't be put in. The entire first floor is ripped apart waiting for this cabinet. It's been over 10 days since we first brought to their attention the cabinet was missing from the delivery (which again was already 2 weeks late) and it still literally has not shipped. Their customer service is a joke offering me 200 dollars off on a 12k dollar order. There is one cabinet with a mark just above the door so it not like they came in looking pristine. All in all this is the worst experience I've ever had with any company in my entire life and me and my children would love for our cabinet to arrive so we have somewhere to live. I'm sure this won't happen to all customer but just know if it does Wholesalecabinetsus.com absolutely will not take responsibility. I suggest use a more traditional service at least that way while you are waiting for the cabinets to arrive you don't have the kitchen ripped out and built cabinets sitting around taking up space.

First order of RTA cabinets from Wholesale. So far, so good. Immediately assigned a rep, submitted my layout, and proposed cabinets. Stacie was very pleasant to work with, and within minutes sent me a computer rendering of my design. We tweaked the list for minor items I missed, and order submitted. Looking forward to this project coming soon!

Everything was clear and concise when placing an order of some RTA cabinets, but at the last minute an upper cabinet and an end panel was added. That was a little disappointing. We needed them, so we ordered them. Other than that, the service was good, and we'll reorder cabinets.

Sara was amazing and we went back and forth several times with ideas and she accommodated me to please my customer. She is A #1. It was a pleasure work with her. Our first conversation was April 5th and we completed the order on May 9th. 20 plus emails and a phone conversation.

This is a first for us, Christian was the best when he turned the Elementary school drawing into the perfect blueprint of my kitchen. then showed us the cabinets i chose in my actual kitchen it was so cool seeing it and he was very professional and helpful thank you Christian.

I'm hoping this review pushes mgmt to instruct their sales ppl to actually respond to issues and complaints. I dealt with Christian Pistella and sent multiple emails, texts and pictures regarding cracked face frames, short drawer rails and even racked install + screws that heads sheared off without ANY response. He just flat out didn't respond. I couldn't even get decent instructions on knee drawer assembly because no one is an installer there...they're just sales people! I'm not sure of the quality of the product, however I can speak to the assembly and is not up to my standards. I'd love to share pictures but I can't on this forum. I suppose BBB is also an avenue.

Very helpful, high quality, American made. Had to replace “cheap” Home Depot particle board ones. Very pleased. Wife happy, we are all happy!
