United States | 25 June 2021I have used Wholesale cabinets for almost 10 years now and will continue to use them exclusively for all projects going forward. The quality, price, and customer support is amazing. Over this time I have probably done 8+ semi custom projects for both myself and clients and have had the same designer (Jamie) for the entire time. The fact that she works with me on the design, draws up plans, and provides visual renderings of the project really helps me make sure everything is right the first time. On the customer service side, only once the entire time Did I have an order damaged in shipment and they promptly replaced it. All I had to do was submit photos and a web form and everything else was taken care of for me. From a quality perspective, the quality is so good that I try to use them for everything I do. The best part is the hardware. The soft close drawers and hinges are easier and better than even the most expensive Blumotion hardware I’ve used in the past. I couldn’t be happier with this company and my only wish is that they had more variety in applications (I would love to use them for closets for example). Thank you Jamie and Wholesale Cabinets for making all my cabinet projects enjoyable! As to one of the other reviews about receiving unassembled cabinets, I do agree the quoting and shopping cart process can be confusing. This is due to pictures being shown in the cart and not the saved quote. The way to remedy this is to simply add the saved quote to the cart and it will show the pictures of all the components again. However, what is even better is during the design process they will update your quote or cart to reflect the drawings and renderings as well as confirming you have all the right components and trim necessary. Therefore eliminating the need to save quotes for later. As to the delivery, I’ve done so many separate projects that I’ve actually gotten to know the freight driver. I have never had any delivery issues. The one component mentioned above that was damaged was a floating shelf that was delivered separately by (I think) UPS.

The quality for the price was amazing and they worked with us when one of the products arrived damaged. Got the replacement piece super fast. Great company and am referring them to friends.

United States | 08 June 2021In order to review this company I have to provide a star but my rating would be negative 10 if it were available. Avoid this company at all costs. Simply put they lie, they cheat customers, and steal your money leaving you with cabinets that are not usable. They offer assembled cabinets but then send unassembled and claim that is what you ordered. They strong arm you into keeping them by charging to return them even charging to return items damaged in shipping. They want 700 - 900 dollars to return the order they scammed from me and once they get it back will charge a 20% restock fee. Then they will "determine" what has been damaged and credit that. I have had to go to my bank to disupte the charges and this process has been will over a month long battle. The reply they placed below ignores the email correspondence requesting assembled cabinets. Does not address that the entire order is likely damaged. Does not address that their contracted delivery driver advised upon delivery the company has been sending out unassembled cabinets throughout Covid and he has made many deliveries that were not assembled to angry customers. You can't refuse delivery or the driver leaves them on the curb anyway. I have never dealt with a cabinet company or any other company with such a complete sham. Their practices are fraudulent and they seek to protect themselves by claiming customers are in error. Then intimidate the customer into keeping the order by charging 700 to 900 return freight and a 20% restocking fee!!! If your order is damaged you also have to return it and they "determine" the damage. Why would I pay more money to their scam? They have caused incredible stress and delayed not only the installation of cabinets but flooring counters etc as I am dealing with a flood issue and an insurance company. It is completely incomprehensible that they would do this when not only is the order not assembled as requested but completely damaged. Why would they not warranty their own shipments ??? Given their responses and "policies" only because they ate trying to reap additional profits by scamming customers. Again their rebuttal is a lie.extensive photo evidence was provided to them as we as the bank. The pallet sits wrapped like a leaning tower with crushed boxes, loose strapping and the wrap coming off the bottom and other areas. The cabinets Cleary appear as if the entire pallet fell over in shipping. They knew this from. My first call and voice-mail. The cart business is a game they are playing. Why would things be placed in cart by someone other than me for purchase! I will tell you why so they can say the customer screwed up not them.
