I had to add on to an existing order and your online assistant was able to send my request to upper management to see if it could be added on to my existing order. I am currently awaiting a free shipping code to complete project.

We were waiting on some measurements from our contractor so we could get our order placed before your 50% off Black Friday sale ended. We were working with designer Sara Smalls, and she went above and beyond ito be patient with us while we were waiting and then finished the design on the last day to help us take advantage of the sale . She did an amazing job and we look forward to working with her again

Staff was great office, visit and on line staff with designs and support in purchasing. On line ordering is a little challenging and difficult to navigate and remove multiple items in cart. Can’t wait to get them and assemble them

I'm giving a one star right now due to the product we received yesterday. When the order was ready to be shipped, a representative contacted me to give the okay for sending the order. He informed me there would be one pallet for all our cabinets (laundry room, nook, and kitchen with island) and that the third party delivery company would be collecting it within the next couple of days. The third party delivery company then called me about 3 to 4 days later to let me know that they had received the two pallets and needed to schedule delivery with me. Long story short, it looks like the second pallet was only created because someone at the cabinet warehouse probably dropped boxes and they simply moved the damaged product to a new pallet and sent it out. I suspect it happened at the warehouse because we also had someone else's order mixed in with ours. I did reach out to file a claim with their claim department but was informed it could take 24-48 hours to get a response. The lack of urgency and priority to correct this situation is a high contributor to the review. We are contractors with a deadline with a project completely halted due to us not having these cabinets. Out of the over 30 boxes that were sent, 26 of them had damaged product. It is unfortunate as our designer was amazing, however, we are hesitant to go with this company again as this was our first experience with them and first impression are important to us. I will update my review when this gets resolved.

I would not order again, the experience has been terrible. From the designer not adding the appropriate items to the order to match the rendering, to trying to get the items that were missing, to trying to get replacements for certain items that were damaged; every part of the process has been excruciating. I've had to fight tooth and nail to get the product we ordered. Some of their business practices are borderline shady. They sent me pictures of glass shelves on a pallet to try to prove they sent them to me, however none of the stickers on the boxes matched with everything else that I had, which begs the question if they were trying to pull something sketchy. I am still missing some glass shelves which were supposedly "approved" for shipping. I've reached out to check the status and they've gone dark and haven't replied for the last 3 weeks. All in all a terrible experience and I will leave this review everywhere possible to discourage others from making the mistake of ordering with this company. UPDATE: I received a call from the "CEO" who in the strangest way both superficially apologized, yet then excused every instance of his company from any wrongdoing; much like he did in his response to my review. I had mentioned I'm a contractor and that I was just redoing my kitchen with them as a trial and wanted to see if there was a viable alternative, middle-ground to IKEA and expensive cabinet makers. He had the audacity to ask for my repeat business in our call after it took FOUR months to get my order completed. My clients would tar and feather me if I took 4+ months to remodel their kitchens. Maybe he needs to spend more time as "CEO" making sure his company is fulfilling obligations than defending himself on Google Reviews. There are quite a few other 1 star reviews popping up detailing similar experiences to mine recently. I am convinced prior reviews were under a completely different management/system or something and the recent REAL reviews are now coming through. You be the judge.

Desire was a great help. I had a design in mind and she made it better and sent it to me with a quote to purchase before the memorial day sale ended. She helped me with tracking and went above and beyond for what a typical designer would do. The cabinets arrived in great shape and are of very very good quality. The carpenters working on our basement project, were surprised and complementary of the quality of the cabinets. They use a local mill and comparatively, these cabinets were half the price and the same quality. So that gave me confidence in our purchase. I am using these for our wetbar in the basement however, I would also use these cabinets for a kitchen project as well. They are solid wood frames, dovetail constructed, soft close hinges, and the front panels have a great finish.

We purchased our cabinets 3 years ago and they are falling apart (literally). We called the company and they stated they do not deal with that manufacturer anymore. We are now stuck with these cabinets after paying thousands of dollars and they are either chipped, bubbled or literally hanging off the door. We sent in all the pictures as well and have been communicating with them daily asking if they can send us replacements and nothing. Very disheartening

Early delivery! Well packaged!

Although it is a little early for a complete review, Wholesale Cabints have been a pleasure to work with. The selection is great, personnel on line are knowledgeable and polite. Prices are very competitive.

We worked with a designer and ordered our cabinets. The first problem came in with delivery. They would not give us a reasonable delivery window. They only gave us a 9 hour delivery window! We had to take an entire day off of work to receive the delivery. We asked them to please work with us and give us a four or five hour window. They refused. The worst part was they acted like it was our fault.... That we "should have known." Their customer service is absolutely terrible. The second biggest problem came when we installed the cabinets and the extra accessory pieces were incorrect. The designer recommended twice as much toe kick molding, and not enough finish molding. We bought what they recommended. We tried to buy extra finish molding, but they wanted $300 for shipping for a $30 piece of molding! When we asked them about it, they told us to "cut the toe kick molding in half!" So we have to go to Home Depot and buy the correct molding and try to match the paint. There are plenty of other companies with whom to work! Do not purchase cabinets from here!
